No complaints. Dr. Magnusson is straight forward. Soon after my well dog visit, my pup began having problems and I brought her in. I then sent a panic email to Dr.M on a Sunday, and it was answered IMMEDIATELY. more

Awesome Pet Care !!!! 2/29/2012

I needed a Dr. for my bishon i just moved into the neighborhood. She was really sick and my husband saw Leo's Pet Care when we were getting gas. So i took my sugie in and it was a wonderful thing that i did. The Dr. and his staff were awesome!!!! They were kind and took great care of her. She ended up having to have surgery to remove a huge stone that was in her bladder.Again they were all wonderful did a super job with my baby girl and now she's healing and feeling like a new puppy. I love the Dr. and the staff and will use them as long as i can. I can't express enough how wonderful they were. So thank you Dr. Leo and girl's your all wonderful! Kathie Tate more

The best vet in Carmel! 1/10/2012

Great experience here at Leo's. Our dog woke up with a bladder infection of sorts. Being new to the area we weren't sure exactly where to take our puppy. We are, however, very glad that we landed at Leo's pet care. Not only were they able to see us right away that morning, but through a thorough exam and prompt treatment our dog was able to come home that night and was back to her normal self as soon as possible. Dr. Magnusson was very candid with us and treated us with a lot of respect. Not only that, but the cost of care was reasonable as well. We'll definitely be back for future care of all of our animals. more

If only my human Dr was as good! 1/9/2012

Last week my cat needed some medical attention. I?d heard good things about Leo?s Pet Care so I called them. Imagine my surprise when Dr. Magnusson himself answered the phone and listened to my cat?s issue and gave me suggestions on how to help her until my schedule allowed me to bring her in the next morning. Once we arrived, she was frankly scared to death and unfortunately for her, Dr. M. had to do some unpleasant things to help her. But he and his assistant Jen were so nice to my cat and did all sorts of things to calm her and comfort her. She was pretty upset, which upset me, and they calmed me down too. They brought a bill out and went through it with me before they did anything, so I understood exactly what needed to be done, why and how much it would cost me. More importantly, I?m glad they made her well, but I was so impressed with how they treated her. She got better treatment then I do from my own Dr. They even followed up the next day to see how she was feeling. I was able to witness all the good things I?d heard, and won?t hesitate for a moment to recommend Leo?s Pet Care to anyone. more

I drove by about 5 vets on the way to Leo's 1/9/2012

I had a wonderful experience here and want to add to the general acclaim. Their dedication showed from the moment I walked in, and it was obvious that, not only are they professional and knowledgeable, but that they genuinely love animals (seems like it would be obvious, I know, but I've been to vets where this clearly isn't the case. The casual affection Jen showed my cat was as if she were her lifelong pet). Dr. Magnusson was very clear and thorough in his explanations, and, while many vets (or doctors) seem eager to get you out the door, I was the one who actually ended our session by asking if there was ""anything else"": he seemed willing to stay and answer questions far longer than any other vet I've ever met. I drove by about 5 vets on the way to Leo's, and I will continue to do so in the future. more

I have to admit, 1/3/2012

I usually feel like Vets are like Used car salesman. But at Leo's it was not like that. I am sincere in saying we will be back. We have other pets as well. Dr Magnusson and the other gal were both wonderful. more

Leo's Pet Care will bend over backwards to serve you! 12/22/2011

I ""met"" Dr. M on Twitter about a year ago and he has always been great about giving advice and calming me down when I was freaking out about something - even though I wasn't a client of his. Then, in October, my senior pug Romeo had a scary emergency and I was unable to get him in to see our regular vet. I called Dr. M and he literally dropped everything and told me to come right in. I was floored! He didn't offer me his next available appointment, he listened to what was happening and let me come in right then. AND HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ME! When we got there he (and his staff!) treated us like long-time *cherished* clients and took great care of us. I highly recommend Leo's Pet Care. Dr. M is accessible and caring, and his staff will treat your baby like their own. more

Very Caring Veteranarian and Staff 11/7/2011

You will love bringing your ""big sweetie"" or ""little baby"" to Leo's. The staff is very kind and the Doc is knowledgable and has your pet's best interest, as well as your best interest, in mind. Dr. M was able to give us an alternative medicinal therapy for our geriatric lab. The therapy is much more affordable and will allow our big sweetie to feel better on a daily basis! more

Great Pet Care! 9/2/2011

Dr. Magnuson and staff took great care of Bitsy! She's been a comfort to the family through some rough times and now we have a great place to take her to keep her healthy and with us for a long time to come. The staff is very patient and friendly and considerate enough to take your pet in the next room for any shots. Their office is cleaner and smells nicer than my doctor's office, very impressed and will be returning. more

Great Vet and very personable!! 6/9/2011

When you're looking for someone to care for your loved ones covered in fur and walking on four legs, you want to make sure that you work with someone that you trust with your pets' care. We're happy to say that we found that with Dr. Greg. We came upon Dr. Greg by chance, but we're very thankful that chance came along because we have been back every time there's a health concern with our pets. He takes the time to explain what's wrong with your pet and different lines of treatment and does it in a way that makes sense to you (while being cost-efficient). I would highly recommend and have recommended people visit his office as he has state-of-the-art equipment and can handle most any situation that you may encounter. For your pet's sake, have them meet Dr. Greg! more

Best Vet in Indianapolis! 6/7/2011

I took Whiskey (a five-year-old black lab/chow mix) to Leo's Pet Care for a spaying surgery as well as yearly check-up. I was nervous about the surgery and the entire staff did their best to quiet my fears and assure me that she would recover quickly. more

Best Vet Clinic!!! The most caring vet you will EVER find! 3/7/2011

I am extremely happy that I found Dr. Greg Magnusson!!! The office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. All of my friends at Puptown and the woman that I petsit for I have referred them all to Dr. Greg and told them I have not met a more caring and knowledgeable vet. Leo's Pet Care will be where I take all my animals. Best vet clinic EVER!!! I know I will be a forever client to this wonderful caring staff!!! Great New Local Vet Clinic! 2/18/2011

I'm so glad we are finally able to bring our dog to Leo's Pet Care! It is very close to our home and everyone is very friendly - you can tell that they are all animal lovers. Dr. Magnussen is very matter-of-fact with his recommendations for the care of our dog (she has multiple health concerns), and as a former vet tech I appreciate that. I would definitely recommend Leo's to anyone who needs a vet! more

Love my new Vet 1/17/2011

I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Magnusson was very patient and handled Tim very well. I appreciated being allowed to hold Tim and be present while he examined and cleaned his infected pad. I also appreciated that Dr. Magnussen was not pushy in any way when it came to suggesting future vet care. I received a quote for procedures that were necessary, which were very reasonably priced and I will be back for them. I have already shared my wonderful experience with family and friends, and a few clients! I groom dogs, have several dogs, and like to talk about them so they are a big conversation topic! Just on the way home from my appointment I had to call my two best dog friends and tell them what a great experience we had! more

Marina's favorite Vet 1/17/2011

I love Leo's Pet Care! We took our cat, Marina, there to have her declawed and Dr Magnusson and his staff took such great care of her!! There is no doubt that I will continue to take my animal family members to Leo's for future care. I am so pleased and excited to have them here in our neighborhood. Having a vet in the area of Home Place is a great addition. There are too many vets in the surrounding areas over charging for the care of our animal family members that most people cannot afford to give them the medical attention they need. Great Place! 12/10/2010

I just took my dog, Grady, here for the first time after being in search of a great vet in the area. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience that I had today. The office staff was extremely helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure that Grady's visit was a pleasant one. Dr. Magnusson was fantastic to deal with and was more than willing to be available whenever I needed him. Not to mention how clean and nice the facility is. I was extremely impressed. I am so glad that they are in our area! We are a forever client to this wonderful staff! I couldn't be more pleased to finally have a sense of relief to have people like them within minutes of us for Grady to go to. After the experiences we've had in the past it brings me much joy to see Grady so at ease and actually happy to be at the vet! I would recommend them to anyone in search of a vet or services for their beloved pets. more

We recently adopted a puppy, our first, and Dr. Magnusson and staff have been extremely helpful from visit #1. They recommended the best food, toys, and treats for our specific breed. It is obvious that they truly care about each pet that comes through their door. more

Dr. Magnusson is sucha wonderful vet! I would trust him with any of my pets for any prodedure, illness, check-up. . . anything! He is always patient and gentle and has a way with the animals and their parents. more
