Truly the best and cheapest 2/19/2010

There is something about Leon's that always pulls me back even though I am watching my calories.I live in Schaumburg and still make 90 mile trip just to have custard at this place. Many of my friends are amazed at the taste. We always bring some extra butter pecan packs home. more

Leon's 3131 S 27th St Milwaukee, WI 53215 414-383-1784 I love the feel of this place. It's like going back in time. I love the drive up, ordering your cones and just hanging out. It's a real sense of community. Oh yeah - and I love their custard, too! We live about a minute away from this place and drive by it everyday! You KNOW that a custard place is good when it's 20 below zero, a major snow storm is coming in and there is a line outside of people waiting to get their frozen custard. Ahhhhhhhhh, Leon's chocolate! This is some goooood eatin! And to make it last forever - take a quart or gallon home! YUM. more

Eat The Best Custard In The World Here 6/23/2006

Leon's is a drive in that sells custard. And other products like milkshakes and hotdogs. They are always busy. Their icecream cones are 1.36. They change their flavors of the day alot. But they always have vanilla. And vanilla is my favorite. They are world famous too. We go here alot. About once a week. Unless I really really beg and then we go twice. We have been going to Leon's since I have been 8. Whenever we have something good to celebrate in our family we go to Leon's. more

The absolute BEST frozen custard EVER!! 6/22/2006

Honeestly. It is. We were there again last night. Right now one of the featured flavors is butter pecan. Leon's has been featured on Food Network's top ten places in the United States for frozen custard. One of our presidents even made a special trip to try it out while he was on his election campaign. THE BEST. A double dip cone is only $1.36. Can you believe that? They are open til midnight daily. ALL year long! more
