Leonard's Oak World

We just had our Sofa set delivered, and it was perfect as always. We have been dealing with Oak World since we got married 9 1/2 years ago and we won't go anywhere else! This is a family run business, not some big chain, and we are treated as such. From the time we enter to shop around, we are always greeted and asked if we need any assistance, and then we are left alone! No one is ever hounding us! I have to say though that the customer service is out of this world! I called them last year about a dresser drawer not working after having it in our home for 3 years and they told me that they were going to be in my area the following day. They stopped to have a look at it and had it fixed in 15 minutes.........NO charge! I can guarantee that if you want quality furniture, this is where you want to go! My husband and I are new to the area and stopped by this store on a Saturday afternoon looking for an office desk. We were the only ones in the store, and browsed the store for at least 15 minutes before anyone asked if we needed help. My husband and I kept saying to each other...""are they even open??"" We were then approached by a man wearing jeans, and a dirty tank top with tattoos all over his arms. Very unprofessional! He spent maybe 5 minutes with us, showed us some office desks, then took off. We browsed again for maybe another 15 minutes, then walked out. Nobody said ""good-bye"", or ""thanks for stopping in."" Cons: Overpriced, poor customer service more
