BEWARE 3/27/2012

I regret stepping foot into this place. The staff is snotty, and they charge an arm and a leg for their lenses. They tried to charge me $100 for 2 boxes of acuvue 2, when online places such as 1-800 contacts only charges $14.00 a box. Then when I refused to pay their crazy price, they then charged me $45 for my prescription. Please, look any other place but here. All I can say is never again. I called the BBB and optometrist board on this place. TERRIBLE..BEWARE.DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Avoid this place 10/23/2007

Unfortunately this is the closest eyecare place in my area that accepts my insurance. The staff is very rude, higly unprofessional, no customer service experience at all. Although the Optomologist's are very pleasent, I dread going there for my annual. I hate to deal with the (4 or 5) young ladies behind the counter. If you are able to travel to the next closest optometrist...please do so.... more
