Poor service. After Rx made for a specific brand of monthly type contact lenses, I was told to come back in a week, because I had no major problems during that week, I decided to stay with the brand, after a couple of months the contacts started to give me troubles. When I called back to see if I could change the Rx to my old brand I was told that in order for them to be able to write a new Rx, I had to have the exam repeated by them and evaluated by them in the "new" contacts. No options, just redo everything and and pay them double. I'm sorry but to me that just wrong. I don't live near that location any more and even if i did I would not go there. more

Worst Eye Doctor Ever!!! 1/30/2011

The Perimeter Eye Group (inside Lenscrafters) could not be any more incompetent if they tried. The woman at the front desk should be fired for her lack of professionalism and customer service. After an exam that made me super uncomfortable, I went back to pick up my contacts, and even though the receptionist was sitting there working, as soon as I walked up, she said, "we're closed". She didn't even look up from her computer. So I walked out furious, but since this was where my prescription was from, I had to go back. more
