I have to be honest here at the get-go...I LOVE this store! Having grown up in a small town with a quaint, yet practical hardware store where they carried everything from nuts and bolts to the odd appliance, I admit I am a bit biased as to what I think a good hardware store should be like.
When pressed for a description, I would list having odd pieces and bits that the average homeowner needs just ONE of, (not a dozen like some super stores package their merchandise in) having unique parts that defy description on hand and personnel who can understand my "jargon" when trying to explain exactly what "thing-a-jig" I need to fix my toilet. This place has all that AND personnel who are genuinely friendly and helpful. I get so tired of persons in "blue vests" who really don't know their departments and because of that ignorance, they sell you items you don't really need and ones that not only DON'T fix the problem but oftentimes make it worse!
Check out this store...I think you're going to enjoy the experience of wandering the aisles as much as you are going to appreciate the service....I know I do! Happy Home-ownership!!!
