Made Spring my Favorite Season! 8/2/2011

i suffer from seasonal allergies, with multiple triggers, at Lenco Lab with the teamwork of the staff and my Doctor they were able to rule out main causation which alleviated some allergies which were actually affected by other mediums BESIDES the usual seasonal allergies, so now instead of the rash and fatigue, I simply have to deal with a little sneeze and cough which I control with allergy medication. Very glad to have been referred to Lenco Lab. Great Staff and rewarding patience! more

Professional Institution and Reliable 7/27/2011

At our dermatology office we send all our cultures, biopsies, and patients to seek results. Lenco Lab has always been professional and kept our samples confidential and we were able to receive results in a timely matter. They are very good at what they do which is why we have never used anyone else. more

Accurate and Quick 7/27/2011

We use Lenco Lab a lot for most of our inquiring potential employees for Toxicology screening to test for all sorts of substance abuse. They are very accurate and deliver results in a timely manner. We would not trust any other company. more

Excellent Service 7/25/2011

The staff is great, sometimes it gets a little packed in there, but overall you're seen at the time of your appointment unless you're a walk-in. Easy process, walk in with your doctor's blood work slip and fill out some insurance questions and you're all set. The phlebotomist are gentle which is a big deal for me. more

The staff is great, sometimes it gets a little packed in there, but overall you're seen at the time of your appointment unless you're a walk-in. Up To Date! 7/22/2011

I had to have a few different test run on me, some involving really high tech equipment and procedure, the staff here are all knowledgeable and well trained. It was a relief I didn't have to travel so far to run these test because Lenco Lab is up to date with test and diagnostic equipment. more

Real Easy to Make An Appointment 7/22/2011

I had to go here a few days ago and it was very easy to call and make an appointment and when you are finally there they honor your appointment! Very rare. I mean, there were a few walk-ins but they are prepared for that which is why they do not overbook so those who have appointments are seen accordingly! more

I really like the staff here, they are helpful and informative. Although no one likes coming to these places in general they create a comfortable and easy visit for their patients. I recommend coming here for anyway who needs to. more

no time to waste 7/18/2011

i had to do a test that required me to fast in the morning, I always dread this because BEFORE I came to Lenco i went to a different place that was filled with people ALREADY by 6am!!! its bad enough not to drink or eat anything in the morning but then having to wait 2 hours!!! more

Clean and Sanitary 7/15/2011

VERY VERY VERY CLEAN! That's what I must emphasize on. It should come naturally to someone that a place like this should be sanitary and clean but its not like that at other labs. Lenco Diagnostic Laboratory is very well organized, managed well and had a sightly environment. Would go back next year for my next annual blood scan. more

Ive made appointments to have my blood draw at other places before and not only does it take forever but there's always an hour+ wait!!! NOT HERE- Lenco Lab is quick BUT thorough and making appointments is very easy. more
