When the "time to schedule service" light started coming on in my new-to-me Volvo ... the timing couldn't have been worse. There were more than the usual demands for my time and all of the people who answered the phone were patient with me as I rescheduled my appointment and even flat out missed one. I was embarrassed -- but the employees treated me kindly -- consistently -- "things come up," one said. "No worries, stuff happens," said the other. The phone call describing the work that needed to be done and my choices/options, their recommendations and why -- could not have been more clear. I really appreciated this. Finally, the results: It feels like I'm driving a new car. The contrast in performance is astonishing. I couldn't be happier.
