prior to this recent repair they did a repair n late 2014. as I looked at the bill AT HOME I noticed I had not rec'd my AAA discount. called them and was told they would take care of it on my next visit...I said ok!
when I went to pick up my rv THIS TIME, they would not honor the AAA discount as I was told via phone on the prior repair. they did allow the discount this current time.
my mail box receives numerous advertisements' for these people...AND ALWAYS STATING A AAA DISCOUNT.
on several occasions they have ask for my AAA card and have had numerous problems w/ their AAA terminal or there input, etc.
I am not a fool, and I'm not stupid...it is the principle. This small AAA discount (10%), not 2 exceed $50 is pocket change. I regularly pay for old people's rest. tabs w/o them knowing it...and I spend $200-$350 /month doing this.
as I dropped off my rv I was ask if they could give me a lift back home, but I had a ride.
I call and ask for a courtesy ride as they offered b/4, because my wife was having surgery locally I did not have a ride to pick it up...they put me on hold to ask the owner about picking me up to their shop...was told they did not go that far...it is 6 miles from their boundary. I can get a lift home, but not a pick-up?
Everyone at the counter is very helpful to me until they have 2 go to the boss; not sure why/
unless I get a message from someone (not owner) to make up for their mistake I will go 2 the mb rv place n boerne.
they offer me a card or valet svc. from home and back to their dealership.
