Leisure Pool-N-Spa

These guys are cheats and rip-off artists. I have never been this frustrated with a customer service repetitive in my life. We contacted Leisure Pool-n-Spa to order a 12 volt Pentair Intellibrite 5G, this product cost over $1000.00. An employee named Garrick was assigned to help us out. He told us this was an item that we had to order because it’s not in stock, so once again we told him exactly what we need and made sure that the refund policies fit our needs. When the light arrived at Leisure Pool-n-Spa, we come in and once again talked to Garrick. Before giving him the credit card we talked to him religiously about the refund policies because it was such an expensive item. We told him that we will be installing the light and it will be used. If anything goes wrong or we didn’t light the product would we be able to return it. Very good customer service! The fellow who greeted me (within a few seconds of entering the store) was friendly and when I told him I was looking for info about the different types of spas they have, he said he would get another person to come and talk with me. The other team member came out almost immediately and spent several minutes with me, explaining about different features, prices, etc. He gave me some brochures to take home as well. I was very impressed with the customer service at Leisure Pool-N-Spa. more

I like going to Leisure Pool n Spa. They have affordable products knowledable staff & always help me find exactly what my hot tub needs. I will continue to do business with them for years. more
