Legoland 4/29/2006

Legoland is a fun theme park for kids! It is built entirely on the foundation of LEGOS, every kids favorite toy at one point or another! The rides are very kid friendly, made just for them and lots of fun choices! A great outing, very enjoyable! The imagination that went into creating this place is phenominal! Lots of rides and hands on activities that will keep the kids entertained for hours upon hours! more

Fun if your kids like Legos 2/28/2006

Legoland really is a neat place to visit. The poor place gets hit hard with criticism. But it is what it is...what more can you expect than a bunch of legos? They did a great job though. All the rides are made of Legos, they have huge replicas made of legos...its a lego heaven. My son really enjoyed it when we took him. That was a few years ago and I heard that they added even more! I plan to take my other son when he gets older. During school time, its closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so keep that in mind. more

Legoland 12/22/2005

This is a great theme park for kids under age 10. It is an impressive place with seemingly everything built out of colorful legos. The park itself is very clean and both kids and adults will enjoy the rides. Keep in mind they do have height requirements for many things. It is a great place for the whole family. more

Fun for Kids 12/6/2005

The whole park is built on the theme of logos , the building blocks and have great figures of various animals and many important places of US. There are nice roller coasters and water rides for the kids to enjoy. they have several play areas for kids to play around and build there own creations using legos. The trails in the park and the bathrooms etc are all very neat and well maintained. It is tageted for kids under 10 and they truly enjoy it out here more

Great for younger children! 12/2/2005

If you have children about 11 and younger you have to pay a visit to Legoland. We have yearly passes and my children have a wonderful time every time we go. You can do the whole park in one day, so you get your money's worth. The lines are never as long as the larger amusement parks. They are always offering coupons and special offers at local businesses. more

amusement 10/21/2005

Highly recommended for families with younger kids. Many rides were catered to these kids. A four or five year old would not be intimidated by these rides. There are other rides for older kids and for kids at heart. The displays throughout the park were beautifuly made from legos. I especially loved Miniland, USA which made exact replicas of landmarks like S.F. Chinatown, Nasa, Daytona Racing, New York with the Statue of Liberty, Washington and many more. It's worth visiting. Lines were not extremely long (September) and the weather was nice. more

For Children who love Legos 9/24/2005

Once you walk into Legoland, it seems as everything is made out of Legos. The sidewalks, buildings, rides, statues,...ect. Great place to spend time with your children. The children will be excited to see some of hand-made legos, built from little colorful pieces into a six foot tower. more

Fun Family Theme Park 8/21/2005

This is a great time for family and children! We have seasons passes to Lego Land and enjoy going with the kids weekly. Take them for dinner and playtime-season passes are worth it. When its hot-the water area is a blast. I get the kids in their swim suits and we go just to play in the water and run wild! Don't miss this fun local attraction! more

Legoland 8/20/2005

Legoland...what bad could be said about it? Their miniland is the most amazing thing I have ever seen. Their attention to detail is just insaine. The rides are great for the whole family, and their food is great. Admission is a little expensive, but if you discover everything in the park, its a good deal. more

Great outing spot 8/19/2005

Great entertainment for the entire family, especially kids. I like this place as it is made for kids of all ages & lots and lots of games to select from for a day of fun & leisurely pleasure. If you buy their annual pass, you get a better deal & is useful for a whole year. more

Theme Park for children 8/19/2005

Legoland is a great theme park for children. they have small rollercoasters and many activities for children to do including digging for "gold." There are also many sites to see at Legoland. They built a model of New York City out of Legos and it is very nice. Also they allow children to drive lego cars and receive "driver licenses." more

Fun for the Kiddies 8/19/2005

For what it is, Legoland is kind of expensive. It's about the same price as other theme parks, but consdering there isn't much for adults to do, the adult price is outrageous. The pay-per-month year pass option is great. The park is all about the kids. There are rides and activities for very young children up to teens. The coasters are very tame but still fun. There is a park and places where you can go and just build with Legos. The food is better than most amusement parks. The sports cafe is awesome. The pizza shop is good and you can feed a family of 4 for about $20, amazing price for an amusement park. The pass member discount is the best I've seen. 25% at resturants, beats the 15% at Sea World. The hours are not that great, during the summer the park is closed two days a week and closes at 5. The rides are shut down 15 minutes before the park even closes. more

Legoland 8/17/2005

Legoland is a lot of fun for kids around 8 and under. Most of the rides are geared toward 3/4 year olds and up (they go by height and are pretty strict about it). Though there are play areas for kids of all ages, and a few rides you can take a baby on. The yearly pass is well worth it if you are a local. more

Fun 8/6/2005

I really like this park, and it is discouraging that it is losing money. It is very creative and aimed at both kids and adults alike, and both can have a lot of fun. The statues in the park are really fun to look at, and the kids love it. It is great whenever! more

Legoland 8/5/2005

Legoland is a great place for children aged 2 to 11 years old. The park has rides for very small children and enough entertainment to keep pre-teens interested. While the park can seem expensive for one time visits, California residents can buy a season pass fairly cheaply. This makes a great trip for the weekend, especially given that it is not too hot. In addition, Halloween at the park is a lot of fun. more

Lego Maniac Home 8/5/2005

Everyone who has loved Legos should go at least once, but this park is made for the little ones. Thirty four inches is the magic number for most of the rides, with 42 inches for most of the rest. There are some rides and attractions that are not restricted and most rides allow a parent to ride along. Mini Town is fun to look at and you should budget about one hour to see most of it. Its good to do about mid-trip, after you've done the rides you wanted, but before the kids are too tired. Bring your lunch, because park food is expensive. There is a restaurant in the Knights Tale part of the park that has some fairly decent priced combo plates (don't remember the name). Legoland has added a couple of new "older" kids rides in the last few years, but don't expect Magic Mountain caliber rides. more

Best theme park value for families with toddlers! 8/4/2005

Unlike some other theme parks, Legoland really IS like another country - clean, beautifully landscaped, no long lines, good and reasonably priced food and hours of entertainment for the little ones. It's the anti-Disneyland! The park is situated in a fairly cool coastal location and maintains a small-town atmosphere in that the people are friendly and it has sort of a laid-back vibe as it is primarily geared toward families with young children. There are plenty of places to relax and have a bite and the Lego outlet store is great! more

fun for young 7/30/2005

This amusement park is fun for kids of all ages. Not all parks are as friendly to the younger children as this one is. They even have a breastfeeding room for nursing moms and their infants. It always has specials going on and moms and dads can even buy alcohol there if they want to. more
