Loving doctor and staff 1/28/2010

They are a family-like business. When you go in for something or an appointment, you can talk to them and they care and listen like family. My cats are very timid, The doctor and his nurses always work slowly and take the extra time that my scaredy cats and I need. I did not get this kind of caring at the big corporate type clinic. Pros: They take their time and don't rush you. Cons: None that I can think of more

Shifty Practice 2/18/2009

Dr. Greenwell seems to be a nice vet. However, if you take your animal there, tell the office that you want to know exactly what they will be doing to your pet and how much it will cost...before they get to work! Also ask if you can purchase your medication at a local pharmacy! Pros: My cat is doing well. Cons: unethical practice (excessive testing) and cost, check Texas Board of Vet Med site more

Great groomer at this veterinary clinic. 9/23/2008

I highly recommend this groomer-Sarah. Pros: Great groomer--dogs are very clean and well styled Cons: Not one that I can think of. more

This doctor helped save our puppy's life 9/5/2008

I think the other review I wrote did not take. We took our puppy to the emergency animal clinic and they said that he had low sugar. The next day, we took him to Dr. Greenwell's office and he ran some tests and decided that he had low sugar because he had an infection, a bad infection. He had to stay in the hospital for several days until he was strong enough and eating well enough to come back to our home. I worked at a vetrinarian's office in high school and college and I can tell you that the vet and his employees really care about the animals a hole lot. They called me and told me how my pet was doing once or twice a day. When I worked at the vet's office I heard complaints about money like these other reviews have stated and I can tell you that they usually didn't deserve to have a pet. Most veterinaryians don't focus on money issues like cheap pet owners do. Pros: Great care of my puppy Cons: None, I took home my healthy doggie more

No Good 3/21/2008

Dr Greenwell is not a good doctor. He does not ask permission to perform procedures before he does them. I agree with one of the other reviewers comment on how they must have a ""if they don't ask don't tell"". Without going into detail, in my opinion my pet was being experimented with in giving unnecessary tests that were all miraculously coming back negative. My bill was outrageous and the doctor would never personally come out to the lobby to talk to us. I believe Dr Greenwell is not an ethical doctor. I would not take any chances and take my pet somewhere else. Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more

Good Vet, Bad Office 1/21/2008

Dr Greenwell is a good vet. He helped us with our cat who had been misdiagnosed by another vet. If our cat does not recover at home I will post another note. Pros: Good Vet Cons: Poor Customer Service from Office Staff more

overcharge and misdiagnose 12/2/2007

We gave this location a chance over and over. They have misdiagnosed/mistreated several times and recharged us for bringing our dogs back in every time for the same symptoms. We had to pay upfront for every visit each time, and they were unsympathetic to our needs. The charge for the visit itself is a lot more than other vets. Pros: They were friendly..I'll give them that. Cons: Everything else. more

Very caring and nice veterinarian!!! 6/21/2006

Doctor Greenwell and his staff are very caring and knowledgeable. My dogs and cats are always excited to see him and his employees. I have been to many vets but he is by far the most caring and nicest of all. Pros: Very caring. more
