This RealEstate sales consultant showed bad business ethics by contracting a homeowner while home owner was under agreement with another Realtor. Demanded full commissions from sale of mobile home, from first realtors client. Therefore (2) commissions would be required from homeowner. Pros: Zero-none-zilch!!! Cons: Bad Business Ethics more
