TERRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!! They lost my bridesmaids dress and they don't care! They are not admitting to losing it, or offering to pay for a new one. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! They even had the nerve to tell me to go check my closet.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME, CHECK MY CLOSET? I DROPPED MY DRESS OFF AT YOUR STORE AND YOU LOST IT! \r \r However, somehow, they do know that nobody else took it- but they can't find it or know where it is. RUDE is the name of their customer service game. \r \r Also- note that their in store cameras are fake. You know, the two that are blinking blue. So they conveniently cannot go back on their cameras to prove that my dress is somewhere in their store, and not in my closet, as they suggest.\r \r AGAIN DO NOT GO HERE! Maybe easy access at the mall, BUT NOT WORTH IT! \r \r .... now off to buy a new bridesmaids dress with my own money. more

I recently got a suit altered there. The young man that works there has a terrible attitude. I am a stickler for good customer service. I do not care how good your services are; if your attitude stinks I will not patronize your business. He was awful when I dropped my clothes off, and equally as bad when I picked them up. He basically through my credit card receipt at me after giving him my hard earned money. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never go here again. more

i bought a dress at Southpoint and needed to dress taken in. Lee's Tailors was conveniently there. I wasn't expecting much, but I needed the dress the next day. They were very quick and did some great work. I will ALWAYS go there now for any alterations. more

I just moved to the area and have been trying to find a tailor and stumbled across them while in the mall. I brought a few pairs of jeans and pants to be hemmed and they provided great service and turned all the items back around very quickly. The prices were also very reasonable as well. For the jeans---I wanted to keep the original hem which they were able to do for me. more

Took in a new suit that needed a lot of work---sleeves, shoulders and hem on the pants. The service was great---very knowledgeable in what I needed done and was very honest about things I can leave undone to save costs. Got my suit back very quickly and it looks perfect as it was custom made! Will definitely be back! more

I have used Lee's Tailor shop for the last 4-5 years and find it to be the most courtious and reliable tailor around the area! A hassle of slacks I brought to them earlier this year were returned as if new with alterations done to perfection!! Don't go anywhere else!! more

I brought in a Burberry trench coat for dry cleaning. The coat included a belt. When I picked up the jacket, the belt was gone! I tried to explain to them that the belt was missing, and they told me that, since the person who took my order didn't write on the ticket that a belt was included, they didn't lose it! Then she hung up on me. So...BEWARE! HORRIBLE customer service. They also don't provide items when they say they will. more

Lee's is voted the ""best tailor in the triangle"" because of the quantity of items they turn around, NOT because of the quantity. I have been very disappointed both times I used their services. more
