Purchasing process was smooth. But, we also bought a window tinting and all weather package. Scheduled an appointment to get parts installed and from then on it has been a nightma...

EXCELLENT DEALERSHIP I recently purchased a new Honda Civic from Jason at Lee's Summit Honda. No sales gimmicks, no high pressure power plays....he laid out the deal, was quick to get an answer on counteroffers, and made it a pleasant day. I shopped numerous other dealers and none were nearly as attentive or responsive as Jason and the team as Lee's Summit. more

Our sales person Deana and Finance officer, Ray Gilbertson, were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of your product. They made every effort in accommodating our need and we feel that both went above and beyond to ensure we had an experience that would guarantee our return. Our transaction was absolutely seamless. At no time did we ever feel uncomfortable or under pressure to accept anything that we were not 100% comfortable with. more

I have always had a high degree of satisfaction with Honda vehicles, but not necessarily with buying experience. First and foremost, thank you....thank you for everything. You are indeed gentleman true to your word. I respect and appreciate you both.It's been a while coming, but I am a HAPPY Honda Fit owner! I love driving it and find myself looking for places to go. In comparison to many Civics we've owned, I believed the noise in the rear of my civic was excessive. Your willingness's to repurchase the car was honarable and extraordinary- again thank you from my heart. I'm proud to tell people where we trade; Lee's Summit Honda is the best. more

Lee's Summit Honda specializes in Honda maintanance. My experience has always been good. They are fast and friendly with usually little wait time for routine things. Are they a good deal? The oil change is because they give you a punch card and get a free oil change after so many. more
