Lee's Car Care

I've been to Lee's Car Care for years for various issues with my cars. Scott and Bob are always friendly and treat you with respect. I'm not a mechanical person and some of my descriptions of the way my car is acting are quite dumb sounding. I always feel they listen to what I say and my cars have always been fixed quickly and with quality and at a fair price. They specialize in detailing, auto body and mechanics and KNOW just about everything about the average car. It's nice to go to a mechanic you can trust. After calling through all the listings on this site trying to find a repair shop that can fix my boyfriend's car in a day for a surprise anniversary gift I finally got to the L's and called Lee's Car Care. Let me tell you that it was very refreshing to have someone answer the phone professionally and pleasant at 7 in the morning and actually listen to my situation instead of just telling they can't help me over the phone and I just need to come in. (Why do you answer the phone when you can't do anything for me then???????) Bob actually LISTENED to what I needed instead of trying to talk to me like I was an idiot that didn't know anything. I got directions (actually googled it because it's much easier then he makes it sound) and jumped in my car and headed right over. On a block of car shops after car shops they were really easy to find, Not such a great area but when I walked in the office, it was very clean and I was greeted with GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Even though they couldn't get it done in the same day Bob explained to me why it couldn't be done instead of telling me it was impossible like other shops. But he told me that he could have it done by the next day. (Was that so hard people???) I ended up going around to surrounding places just to check my options and was greeted by no english owners, dirty offices and obstacle courses to find anyone to help me. I found one that was a tad cheaper but customer service sucked so I ended up going back to Lee's. They ordered the piece, I dropped off the car the next morning, they took me to work, picked it up later that day and it was PERFECT!!!!!!!!! Could not tell it was ever damaged! I hope I never have to fix any cars again but if I do I definitely will go back to Lee's. I work in Customer Service so its really is nice to have a great customer experience and feel I must relay it to as many people as possible because people only hear about the bad things that happen to them.
