Lee's Towing was great. They picked the car up off the highway and gave plenty of information on how, what, when and where to get our car. They were a great assistance and worked with us due to the Good Friday and Easter weekend....Great Service.....Not only their business but it was done with great pleasure. Hope I don't have to use them again but will if it needed. Thanks again for all your help!!! Cons: Nothing more

The driver came out quick. Was very nice. Was the only service that would come out after midnight. I called 5 others. Once he arrived he made me feel safe and put me at ease with his great personality. I am sorry that there is a bad review on my behalf. I needed my tire changed so I could get to work. We were NOT being very loud other than the large truck the driver was in . My neighbor Ed must have been woke up from the service but the driver was just doing his job and doing it VERY WELL . Lee's towing is a must if you are in need of good , quick , emergency services. Pros: nice, freindly, service. great price. more

I have no idea if Lee's Towing is good at what they are supposed to do. What I do know is that I was awakened from a deep sleep in the middle of the night by two obnoxious, thuggy acting, loud, drunken sounding tow truck drivers doing something--I'm still not sure what--in the parking lot of my townhouse. When I got the name and number off the side of the tow truck, I called to suggest whatever they are doing should be done more quietly, and the rude person answering the phone suggested I call the Police. I did so, and the disturbers of the peace scampered as fast as they could. I still don't know what they were up to, and I probably would have had no problem with it, if they had only done it more quietly and with respect for people who would be sleeping in the middle of the night. My car was in a ditch on Hillandale Road in a very precarious position. Lee's driver was there within minutes of my call to AAA, and got me out in less than half an hour. He even called me as I was on my way home to make sure I was OK. I was really shaken, and he was very kind. I'd sure use Lee's again. more

I would defintely use Lee's Towing again. The driver was very pleasant and showed up rather quickly. After all the rain we received this weekend, and although he seemed very busy with the phone constantly ringing, he hooked up to my car with ease, and off we rode. It was the best service I've received in Durham. If you're an AAA member, I would suggest requesting this company over others. more

I Had Lee's Tow my car the other day and it took forever for the drive to get here and when he did he was really dirty and smelled really bad. It also seemed like he didn't know what he was doing and it took him forever to hook my car up. They should really think about washing their trucks and theirself. Very Very bad service!!! The tow truck arrived in ten minutes, and the driver was exceptionally nice. He knew a shortcut to the dealership my car was being towed to, and I know it probably saved me about $30. He helped me figure out what to do once we got the the dealership, as we were dropping the car off after-hours, and made everything really easy. He even offered to drive me home for no charge, even though I live about 20 minutes from the dealership. I would never usually think to tip a tow truck driver, but the service was so outstanding that I did. I would definately recommend Lee's to anyone! Pros: Great Service, Nice Driver, Saved Money more
