On 8-2-11, Dr. Kupper completed procedures to replace two older fillings, one of which had a cracked tooth, with new porcelin/ceramic crowns. I always have all dental work done WITHOUT novacaine. Dr. Kupper was extremely sensitive to my needs by working on both teeth at the same time, as I was most fearful about the tooth that was farthest back in my mouth. He also used several techniques to desensitize my gums in order to fit the cord closest to the gumline and obtain a perfect impression for the permanent crowns. Dr. Kupper explained everything he was doing prior to execution and made sure I was comfortable throughout the two-hour procedure. He is an excellent, caring doctor, and even though Dr. Kupper is not in our health care network, he is well worth the additional cost for the exceptional services that he provides his patients. My family and I have been going to Dr. Kupper for over 26 years, and he has provided us with nothing but expert care. Carol assisted Dr. Kupper for this procedure and she was both professional and caring as well, and I'm grateful for their experitise and quality service. Everyone of Dr. Kupper's staff are personable, informative, and experts in each of their respective fields, and a joy to interface with. I just want to let anyone know that I think Dr Kupper who was my dentist for years until I moved away from the area is the best ever.
