I have never had a negative experience at Brown & Kupper. The atmosphere is always friendly and the entire staff is inviting at every visit. Great Experience for Our 3-year Old 8/31/2011

My three year old had his second dentist appointment this week. It went very well. The folks at Brown & Kupper really work hard to make going to the dentist a positive experience for little ones. My son was excited to go because he had a great experience the first time (six months ago). This time, he got a t-shirt for not having any cavities - a very cool Batman shirt that he wore to school for the rest of the day. I am glad he is not afraid or apprehensive at all about going to the dentist. Thanks to everyone at Brown & Kupper for making it fun! more

Dr. Kupper's office is a terrific place for all your dentistry needs. They are truly unlike any other doctors office I have ever been to. They are very on top of things and maintain constant contact with you in order to remind you about upcoming appointments or about scheduling if you still need to set up your routine exam. Once you are in the office, their staff make you feel right at home. You feel as if you have known them for years and can trust in their work. The exams are also systematic and thorough as to ensure that you are provided with optimum attention and care. more

Six month check-up - another winner! 8/23/2011

Today, I had my six month check-up and teeth cleaning, and as usual, Dr. Kupper and Leigh did a great job! Everyone is so personable, and going to a dentist appointment is like seeing old friends. I love that about Dr. Kupper and his staff because they truly care about their patients. We discussed Leigh and my grandson starting Kindergarten this week and Dr. Kupper asked me about the at-risk, high school students I teach, and it was nice to talk about these things with them. Few doctors and staff are like family and I greatly appreciate their caring ways. Finally, at the front desk, I enquired about the bill for my crowns and how it would be submitted to my flex spending account. I was afraid that I had missed the bill being sent home and Donna eased my fear. She took the time to explain the process to me and was going to call AFLAC to see if they might have a slightly different procedure for flex spending accounts. I was very grateful for her help and left the office relieved! Thanks Dr. Kupper, Leigh, and Donna for making my dental visits a joy! Ruth G. more

I have been a customer for over 10 years and I am very satisfied with the service. The staff works with me to meet my appointment needs that best fit my schedule. Everyone is nice, knowledgeable and professional. Dr. Brown is the best dentist I have ever had, honest, clear in his explanations and very competent. more

Major excavation work done in record time with minimal damage to gums and lip. I need to schedule my appointments earlier so that I can take advantage of the brunch specials offered. Excellent service 8/18/2011

Everyone makes you feel welcome when you walk into the office. Everyone seems to enjoy their job. This was for my son's visit and he is a bit shy. They have worked with us to make his visits pleasant. His teeth look wonderful after being cleaned. Dr. Kupper addresses the present state of his teeth and lets me know what to expect in the future. We have been going to Dr. Kupper for over 20 years and it's always wonderful. more

Complete Dental Examination 8/16/2011

I know I've had this exam before, but for the life of me, I can't remember it. Dr. Brown was very thorough. I must be taking good care of my teeth because this was the quickest cleaning I've ever had and pockets are a distant memory--thanks to all of you. more

My experience with scheduling an appointment, being educated on exactly what is going on with my teeth and what is needed, being treated, taking care of insurance, and everything in between has been outstanding. I like this office so much that I'm going to stop brushing my teeth so I can see them more often;) more
