Great new doctor!! 2/28/2011

I had been going to Drs.Brown and Kupper for 5 years. Today, I got to meet the new doctor, Dr.Lee Brown. He was very personal, talk to me about future treatment. I never felt hurried to get out the door. He sat and listened to me. Thank you. more

Wonderful. Friendly, clean, punctual and did I mention friendly? Everyone there is so nice and I just love coming there - it helps to make what can sometimes be an uncomfortable visit alot easier to bear:) more

I have been going to Dr Kupper for 11 years. In all that time, I have never been disappointed when I go for my dental needs. Not only is Dr Kupper a phenomenal dentist, the staff is so warm and friendly, it's like going to my own family to have my teeth cleaned. I highly recommend Brown & Kupper DDS to everyone!! They truly care about their patients. more

Dr. Kupper is the best dentist I've ever had and having moved around a lot, I would know because I've been a patient of Dr. Kupper's for 26 years! My dental hygienist,Leigh is professional and thorough and always a pleasure to talk to. The ladies in the front office are courteous and extremely helpful, especially Sue whom I've known for many years. Who ever thought that my bi-annual dentist appointments could be such a delight while receiving expert service! Thank you Dr. Kupper, Leigh, and staff for how you've helped me maintain great oral care and being such a joy to see twice a year! more

Dr. Brown, it was nice to meet your son--he reminds me a lot of you. It was also night to meet Kathy--she's a sweetie. You both are so friendly, and you take your time explaining procedures, etc. Your staff has to be the friendliest staff, and this is appreciated. Thanks for the rose on Valentine's Day. Customer Service 2/8/2011

I have very high expectations. I make no apologies for that. I give exceptional customer service where I work & I expect the same when I visit stores/shops/offices. At Brown & Kupper, that's exactly what I get. From the moment I walk in the door, I am greeted by name, spoken to like I am the most important person in the room, apologized to if the receptionist was on the phone & unable to talk to me for even a second, offered assistance, made comfortable, etc. I'm extraordinarily picky & I am IMPRESSED by the level of customer service (and competence) I receive at Brown & Kupper. more

exploratory for tooth aches 2/3/2011

Dr. Kupper had x-rays taken of both teeth in question and found nothing wrong. He diagnosed the problem as sinus and prescribed medicine to help the problem. So far, he was right and I am reduced in my pain. more

Semi-annual Cleaning 1/26/2011

I am always comfortable in this office. From the front office staff to the doctor, they are all friendly and welcoming. I just love my hygenist as well. more
