When we went in there we were only trying to get size the lady behind the counter was rude and overbearing. She made me almost cry in the store and I will never shop there again

We got both of our rings from Lee Read, and they are perfect! We love how they look, fit and feel and couldn't have found anything better. My husband got a ring that is tough enough to withstand the work he does, and mine is perfect for my profession as a nurse...it doesn't have any prongs that rip my gloves or scratch my patients :) and Penny was an awesome sales person to work with, she helped us both pick exactly what we wanted and we couldn't be happier!\r more

Lee Read is great. My husband went to many stores and he was only satisfied with Lee Read. The people were very helpful and not pushy. When he bought my engagement ring we got his wedding ring for free.\r more

This is a nice place with nice people. The sales staff is very friendly. I got my wedding ring here and my husbands band. The same sales staff is their from when I bought them five years ago. That says to me that this is a good place. They have a gigantic selection and an onsite repair shop. They even have a play area for the kids. This is a nice no pressure place to buy jewelry.\r more

I went to Lee Read's based on the Recommendation of a friend who has had many good experiences there. What I liked and didnt like as follows: Great customer service-very friendly and knowledgeable staff Prices are reasonable and no pressure from sales staff Dislike : store was very busy but i guess thats good because people like them. Overall I was happy with my experience and I bought my mother a nice ring for her 50th anniversary.\r more

There prices are very reasonable to me. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and treat you like a person and really take care of you and precious jewelry. I would never shop anywhere else but here from now on! Don't waste your time with those other chains, go somewhere that treats you like family. more

So happy with the service we got when we bought our wedding bands. They've got a big selection and really give one on one service. I lost a diamond in my wedding band and they replaced it right away for free since I had been coming in to have it checked and cleaned. more
