Not just the best Fertility Care doctor, he is the best doctor ever. I have never felt so cared and looked after in any other clinics I went to. Infact when I was leaving this clinic for my OB, I was so sad to leave this practice. The Staff is immensely courteous and professional. They all make you feel like a person and not a patient, always ready to answer your questions, no matter how many you have. Seriously the best Fertility Clinic in all of LA and OC. more

Dr Lee and his staff are amazing! They walked my husband and I through every step of the process. He kept a close watch on me through out my 1st trimester. He recommended me to a great Dr to continue my prenatal care. Dr Lee is very knowledgable in his field and he will only give you the facts that pertain to your situation. I highly recommend this caring Doctor. My husband and I have been trying to start a family for 6 years. We went to Dr. Terrance Lee, MD before deciding to give up all together. Thank God we did. We became pregnant with our first child, a baby boy within 6 months under his care. Every single visit we were seen by Dr. Lee. We were never rushed and he always made sure we understood the procedures and all the options we had available to us. Fertility treatment doesn’t come cheap, that’s one reason that kept us from seeking treatments earlier on. Dr. Lee was dedicated to helping us get pregnant for as little as possible and as quick as possible. He was keen on diagnosing our infertility without going straight into all the unnecessary expensive tests to figure it out. Even after it was time to move on to a regular OBGYN he was always available and truly concerned about ours and the baby’s well being. Every single member of his staff went above and beyond for us. We were truly blown away after every visit by their care, professionalism, and helpfulness. We will most certainly be returning to help grow our family even more! Dr. Lee is truly the best doctor I have ever had. He is compassionate, knowledgeable, personable, and he truly cares about his patients. He is an elite doctor. My husband and I had terrible experiences while trying two cycles of IVF at HRC. We not only failed both cycles, but we received terrible service, and we felt like we were just a number. That clinic was simply a money making machine. They don?t care about their patients. more

Our experience with Dr. Lee and his staff has been THE BEST. We have come out of some bad experiences with other doctors just to be referred to Dr. Lee by through family Doctor. Previously we had tried multiple IVF cycles without any results (with a prominent Dr. in Torrance), and we were just about give-up hope. The very first visit with Dr. Lee was so great we decided to give IVF cycle one more try. Unfortunately the first time was not a very successful one, but during the follow-up visit Dr. Lee spent generous amount of time explaining what could be done and what were our chances of getting pregnant. Last year started out to be the best year of our lives, but by middle of the year it turned in to the worst. Beginning of the year we found out that my wife was pregnant, but unfortunately she had premature delivery. We thought that we had lost everything in our lives. If not for the Dr. Lee and his staff, I do not think my wife would not have came out of depression that followed. Most important part that any doctor or the staff can play is to provide comfort and moral support to patient when it counts the most. Dr Lee and his staff are the best friends you can have when going though the infertility treatment. Dr. Lee makes it easy to understand treatment options, and his very clear and honest opinions make decisions easy. Fortunately, with help of Dr. Lees' personal attention and very caring staff's my wife got pregnant again. This time everything is going as best as anyone going through multiple IVF treatment can expect. We are expecting to be proud parents in August. Going through the ups and downs of the IVF treatment is never an easy, but Dr. Lee and his staff made little easy. We do not think the time spent time with us on every appointment, personal and care Dr. Lee provide can be found anywhere else. Those big famous places are only interested in only one thing. Amount of personal time Dr. Lee spent researching, providing comfort when needed, his utmost attention can not be found anywhere else. We will forever be in debt to Dr. Lee and his staff. Without him we do not know where would be at this point. We highly recommend Dr. Lee for anyone considering any type of fertility treatment. After a couple years of trying to conceive and receiving a diagnosis that would make it impossible without the help of IVF, I asked the labor and delivery nurses at the hospital where I work and got Dr. Lee's name. On the first visit, my husband and I knew we found the right place. The staff was so friendly during the whole process. They helped more than most medical offices when there were difficulties with dual insurance. Dr. Lee listened to all the specific requirements we had regarding numbers and use of embryos. He was very understanding with all my beliefs and helped us create a plan that would work within those constraints. Our only problem was with the embryo storage facility (not Dr. Lee's office). Because it was out of network they would not bill our insurance and called me on my cell at work one day requiring payment immediately by credit card. Not something I wanted to deal with at work without the ability to discuss anything over the phone in front of my coworkers. We now have a beautiful, healthy baby boy. The whole process was definitely worth it and we will hopefully have more with Dr. Lee's help. Pros: Friendly, knowledgable staff Cons: embyro storage cost and payment not explained intially more

Dr. Lee is the best! We went to him based on great reviews and a referral from my OB after we struggled with TTC due to my PCOS. He was extremely nice, gave us a lot of confidence, and didn't want to take our money. Thanks to a dietary medication he prescribed, we were pregnant in three months naturally, while waiting to start treatment! He still gave us wonderful service early in our pregnancy, with many ultrasounds, bloodwork, and reassuring advice. I think what blew us away the most was how he asked us how they could make their service better - I've never been asked that by a doctor before! He also is involved in every appointment and does all ultrasounds himself. The staff here is great, knows you by name within one or two visits, and very compassionate. In a place where there can be a lot of sadness, they bring great joy to a lot of people. We would absolutely recommend Fertility Care to ANYONE and will miss them very much! Dr. Lee and his staff are wonderful!! We came to Fertility Care after a year and a half of frustration and lack of personal attention from another fertility office. The time he took to work with us, explain his procedures so we felt comfortable, and genuine individual care gave us confidence and hope in having a successful pregnancy. Through every contact with either Dr. Lee or his staff, we felt comfortable, well-informed, and cared for. The office is simple, clean, and straight to the point. Even though it was a bit of a drive to see him, it was worth it. He always spent time with us, was never judgmental or rude. He always told us our chances and was very honest with us. He spent time with us, every appointment, which you wont get at those big places. Dr. Lee invests his time and energy into you so you can come out with a positive outcome. Dr Lee and his staff are amazing to work with. His office provided my husband and I with the individual and personal attention we needed. During our office visits it was so comforting to be greeted by his attentive staff, and we experienced little wait time, which was great during our busy schedules. Dr. Lee helped us to conceive our daughter who is 20 months, and now we are expecting boy/girl twins with Dr. Lee's care. I have the pleasure of being a patient of Dr Lee's for 2 IVF cycles. While it was successful both times, what stuck out more from my experience there was the comfort and confidence I had in Dr Lee and his staff. I was always greeted warmly, like I just entered a friend's home. They never kept me waiting and the staff was always so efficient because they knew we had to go to work after our office visit. I am amazed that this gem of a practice isn't flowing with patients! This is a very stressful experience for a couple but going through it with Dr Lee made it so enjoyable and so anxiety-free. I am very lucky to have him perform my two IVF cycles and I would go back to him in a heartbeat if I chose to do this again. Oh, I had the fortunate circumstance that my insurance covered most of my treatment and his staff -- bless their hearts, did everything for me. I never had to worry about reimbursements or whether the right paperwork was filed. They run a super smooth ship and it was sooooo nice!
