Gentle 3/7/2011

Dr. Friedman explained the work I needed very clearly. The front desk always calls to remind me about my next appointment. Bobby the surgery assistant makes one feel that all is going well. Dr. Letrong (what a professional) gentle with shots and cares about how his patients look. He is very fond of his work. more

If it weren't for this place, I would probably still be avoiding the dentist 3/4/2011

They did not try to sell me all of the crap that my previous dentist had. They always go over everything that they suggest and even let you know what they feel is not totally necessary. If it weren't for this place, I would probably still be avoiding the dentist. But instead, I have kept all of my regular appts since finding this place and even look forward to going! Oh, and you really can't beat your dentist finding you headphones for your ipod so you can listen to music while theydrills away at your teeth! more

I would never have been able to get my teeth back on track if it weren't for Carmen 2/22/2011

there's one person I'd like to single out of the whole bunch who's been a God send . . . . And that's Carmen Zavala. She set up my payment plans and was able to accommodate my financial situation. Yes, Dental Plus is pricey; there's no doubt about that, but because I was having so much "work" done, she really went out of her way to arrange an affordable plan for me. In a nut shell, I would never have been able to get my teeth back on track if it weren't for Carmen. She totally rocks! more

They go out of their way to make each procedure pleasant and comfortable. My children have also been patients from the time of 3 years of age. I have also been very impressed with the orthodontists. It is a large facility, yet the staff all go out of their way to remember us and make us feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend Dental Plus to anyone looking for a pleasant experience, more

I have been nothing but pleased with the professionalism, friendliness and courteous nature of the office staff and the medical personnel. more

I was visiting a friend in LA when a filling broke (awesome!). I ended up calling Dental Plus and they were more than helpful. They managed to calm me down (not an easy task), and assured me I would have plenty of time to enjoy my weekend before getting my filling repaired by my dentist in the Bay Area! more

The service is exceptional 2/3/2011

The service is exceptional, everything is handled well from the moment you enter the door, the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing that detracts from this office is that the billing is not well done, with discrepencies between what the office believes is owed and what the billing statements reflect. more
