Frank spent several hours with us about a month ago and when we were ready to buy we knew he was the one we wanted to deal with! He is great. Thanks!

While their furniture is nice, though a bit pricey, don't try to have anything fixed under their warranty. While they claim a Lifetime warranty, and even mention items such as sp...

Love it! 12/2/2009

I am on my 3rd set. First 2 have gone with the kids to college, and they still look new. 3rd set was just delivered and I cant express how satisfied I am with this product and company. Pros: one word MADE IN USA Cons: More expensive because its made better and well worth it! more

Go see this store for yourself 9/13/2009

I love this store. I suggest you go see it for yourself. I find it absolutely worth it! Pros: Made in Georgia the old fashioned way Cons: It costs more (but last longer) more

I love this store 9/13/2009

I don't know if you have shopped for furniture lately, but everything is made in China. It drives me crazy. If you are type of person that takes care of things, and appreciates quality, this is the store for you. I say go see for yourself...unless you have blinders on, the quality differences will amaze you. Pros: Only quality around Cons: It costs more, but last longer more

Agree with ""just not worth it"" 7/27/2009

Wouldn't do again. Would rate a 0. Agree that it isn't worth the cost. Commission sales driven - if you have to buy there - negotiate to much lower price, but would recommend you pass on this one. Pros: Leather furniture is attractive Cons: doesn't hold up more

Bad Choice 7/27/2009

Furniture not worth the cost. Would recommend shopping elsewhere. Pros: none worth mentioning Cons: overpriced, high pressure sales more

Vinestain is right - better options elsewhere 3/23/2009

It's just not worth it. Had couches from warehouses that held up as well if not better for a fraction of the cost. Educated consumers know to shop around. Vinestains message is to be heeded. Pros: It's leather Cons: Overpriced and not worth it more

GREAT QUALITY AND MADE IN THE USA 3/4/2009

i HAVE OWNED ""ROOMS TO GO"" FURNITURE AND THERE IS NO COMPARISON TO LEATHER CREATIONS FURNITURE!!! MY DAUGHTER HAD A NATUZZI SOFA WITH THE CUSHIONS SEWN ON AND ONCE THEY WENT FLAT THAT WAS THAT. WITH MY LEATHER CREATIONS SECTIONAL SOFA I CAN JUST ADD NEW STUFFING IF AND WHEN IT IS NEEDED DUE TO THE EASY ZIPPER OPENINGS. ALL CUSHIONS ARE REMOVABLE FOR EASY CLEANING AS WELL. THE LEATHER IS REAL LEATHER EVERYWHERE AND NOT LEATHER MATCH. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT IT IS NOT THE CHEAPEST FURNITURE OUT THERE BUT IT WILL LAST MUCH LONGER. MY SON HAS A SECTIONAL THAT IS AT LEASE 10 YEARS OLD AND STILL LOOKS GREAT. MY DAUGHTER HAS ONE THAT IS 7 YEARS OLD AND LOOKS LIKE NEW. I CAN NOT IMAGINE THAT IF VINESTAIN WOULD HAVE CONTACTED THE STORE MANAGER THAT THEY WOULD NOT HAVE TRIED TO MAKE HIM HAPPY. Pros: Great furniture and service. All cushions are removable and have zippers to add stuffing. Cons: None for me more

Finally found quality furniture 3/3/2009

After spending over $3,000 on furniture to have it last for a couple of years, I finally found this company. As the salesperson put it to me, they didn't re-invent the wheel, but they make it the way it used to be made. And, it is made in the U.S.A. I won't go into my political views, but people who buy China have no right to complain about a bad economy. I was at a party at one of my neighbor's and they had a beautiful leather sectional. I asked if it was new, and was shocked when they told me it was 9 years old. I had to check it out. I visited their store at the Mall of Georgia and just 6 weeks later I now have my new furniture. I have 3 dogs who have been jumping all over it. I swear it seems bullet proof. I am so glad that I took the time to learn a little about the different kinds of leathers. I was able to find the color I wanted, and it works great with my dogs. I suggest anyone looking at leather to check them out. I couldn't be happier! Don't go to this store expecting to spend under 2k on a sofa, but I was able to get 3 pieces in one of their highest grades for under 5k. It beats paying 3k for the garbage I bought last time. I had to Beg Good Will to take it...they really didn't want to as the padding was so worn looking. I am just happy to know quality furniture isn't dead! Thanks Leather Creations...Keep up the good work! Pros: Choices...beyond what color do you want and salespeople that know what they are selling Cons: It isn't cheap, but you get what you pay for more

Best Quality and Value anywhere and Made in USA! 3/3/2009

I find in very odd to hear of ""vinestains"" bad experience with Leather Creations quality, selection and salesmanship.\r I have been a repeat customer of this company since 1997, having bought sets for my home, vacation home as well as my office!\r There is NO other manufacturer I have seen that offers the overall selection, quality and value that they do. While I agree they are certainly not the lowest price, at no point was I ever led to believe that they were.\r I have received such great customer service that I felt compelled to mention it on this site. Among the many things they have done for me is refilling my back pillows, replacing seat cushions when I wanted a newer , firmer feel and on and on. Oh yea, referral gift cards when I refer others too! $50.00 per referral!\r \r I too paid more for an upgraded leather, and if you paid that much an upgrade, I would think it was for a large group or sectional, and not merely a ""couch"" as you stated. I also seriously doubt anyone held a gun to your head to buy the leather you did. I think they have about 8 grades and hundreds of colors.\r Oh yea, and I used to own a Italian product, Natuzzi as you mention. Partical board frame, elastic webbing seating, seat cushions and back pillows are sewn on and are not accessible with zippers like my Leather Creations sets are. There is no comparison in my mind.\r I suggest you should go back and see what if anything they are willing to do about your unhappy experience. When all else fails, write a letter to the owner. I am sure you will be satisfied. Pros: Selection, knowledge, warranty Cons: Not inexpensive, many leathers to choose can be confusing if you dont take time more

Seriously Lacking Quality and Value 2/20/2009

I've been excited to ""build"" my own couch in Leather creation for years and I wanted a new couch with auto reclining sections for my new home office. So, I thought this would be a perfect opportunity! I spent several hours in their studio in Lawrenceville and while selecting the style was an easy process for me, the leather options were completely confounding.\r \r The base leather is an almost faux-like quality - so cheap, thin, hard, and plastic-like that you feel almost no option but to upgrade. However, the leather upgrades are so incredibly expensive, for even a seemingly modest increase in quality, that I found myself forced to compromise. Does $1500 to UPGRADE the leather on a $3600 couch make sense? It did not to me either so I allowed myself to be ""sold"" by the salesman into selecting the ""base"" leather, which he described as rich and luxurious. He convinced me that over time it would ""break-in"", soften up and take-on the appearance of the higher grade leather.\r \r I've owned the couch for 2 years now and I cannot stand to look at it as it reminds me that I was completely swindled. I am the proud owner of a black leather couch costing almost $4k that looks like quality you would get from Rooms To Go. Cheap, thin, plastic-like, hard and unattractive leather. No offense to RTG as they have some nice leather couches for $500 BUT I paid almost $4k for this horrific piece. \r \r I finally decided to write this review as I walked through Costco today and saw my favorite couch manufacturer (discovered them AFTER buying this garbage) - Natuzzi of Italy - with several BEAUTIFUL mocha chocolate leather couches for $750!!!! The leather is absolutely flawless - soft, thick, warm - and the construction is solid as a brick! \r \r I returned to Leather C. to share my experience and another salesman said ""that sales guy should have been shot!"". So, I emplore you all to avoid this place at all costs as there is NO value or quality to be had anywhere. Look at Natuzzi! Pros: Variety, delivery people were nice Cons: Dishonest Sales, Poor quality, terrible value more
