I was hesitant about going to this furniture but my wife insisted since she had seen the livingroom set she wanted so we went over the weekend and I have to say, I do no regret it since it was a great experience the sales person who helped us was very attentive and listened he even told us to think about our sapce and how to make sure that our couches were the right fit for our livingroom since they were bigger and we really had not thought about it in that way we settled on different model but in the same style. Thank you for thinking for the customer not just the sale. more

I loved coming here the service I received was wonderful and at a great deal. The furniture was delivered exactly the day they said they even called the day before to confirm delivery and estimated time of delivery. It was great to be able to have the delivery on time. My wife was very happy with the furniture and the set up. more

I wanted to thank the sales person and the service employees that came out to my house to replace the sofa I purchased at Leaders. I bought my sofa about 8 months ago with the protection plan. I called the sales person that sold me my set, he assisted me through the entire process, my sofa was replaced. The service people who came out to my house said the sofa was defective and within a week I had the sofa replaced. I loved the service and will continue to go there and refer friends and family. more

Thank you for all the help. I went to another store and placed an order for a dinningroom set that I had really liked. I was supposed to have received the merchandise by the end of the week. On Friday I received a call telling me that they did not have the table in stock and that it would take another week to receive the merchandise. I was upset because I was expecting guests the following week. I cancelled my order and came here the salesperson that helped was very good he gave me a great price confirmed the stock. I set up the delivery for the following day and the delivery people were so nice they set up everything so quickly cleaned up after they were done and had my dining room looking great!. I love the service and prices. I will definately come again. more

I had a great experience when you walk into this store you are promptly asked by a sales person if they can of service I explained that I was trying to get ideas for my sons bedroom set and the salesperson took me to the area where they sets were set up I did not see anything I like so he proceeded to show me some sets on the catalog I fell in love with one. He confirmed the stock even before he drew up any paperwork I loved that I got a great deal with awsome service. The sales person was wonderful and I recommended to my sister for her new livingroom set she is looking for. THANK YOU! more

I have been to this furniture place and bought things from there. I even bought the protection plan from them and now they don't wan to fix my furniture. What the hack is the protection plan for if they are not going to fix it. Not only that their sales people are so rude. They are helping you with something they take forever and right in the middle of helping you they help other people which takes even longer. Terrible service and bad management. The manager is even rude he yells on the phone when you try to talk to him, and he calls you a liar. I wouldn't recommend this furniture to anyone. After I pay for my things I will never go back there again. I'm going to make sure that all the people I know don't go there. That is the worst store i ever been to. After spending $7K on furniture the pieces were delivered cracked. The store only agreed to replace one piece then blamed me on the other broken piece!!! Cons: Furniture was horrible and the service was worse. more
