The ambiance is nice and relaxing. Their staff are attentive and professional. This place is smaller than your chain spas, and so they take their time with you. Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable about the products and lines they carry. Hands down, this is one of the best places to go to be pampered! I would recommend Le Spa to anyone. Before I went to Le Spa I had heard very good things about it. I went in before 2 days before my wedding to get a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow reshaping. My manicure and pedicure where wonderful, but I didn't have the same reaction to my eyebrow reshaping. I asked her to change my eyebrows twice and she chose not to do them the shape I asked. They were only ""cleaned up"" and not ""reshaped"" at all! I ended up having to get my eyebrows redone the next day. I also had to get a new manicure the next day because the manicure I received had already started to chip. Overall I am very disapointed with the services I received. The people there are very polite and I even received a card from them thanking me for coming in and apoligizing for the service I received and saying that I could go in for a complementary eyebrow waxing (I have to regrow my eyebrows to repair the work that was done). For as much money as I spent there I ended up having to pay more to get the work they did redone. And that is just not the kind of stress you want to have the day before your wedding. Friendly Staff, seinor esthetician with 18 years experience! Very Knowledgable , not at all pushy with products. The ones I ended up with worked wonderfully I can't live without the products now. She really knows her stuff. \r Overall spa is beautifull the entire staff tries to make you feel so relaxed and comfortable. \r Pedi/mani detailed, relaxed and all without butchering the nails. Their address is now 18 Central Avenue, since they have expanded to the next door sometime this year... Front desk staff seems to be younger than most spas, but eager to make you feel welcome. Their senior esthetician has very extensive knowledge in skin care. She was very patience with me and never push products or services upon me. Very respectfull and attentive. Her book is usually pretty filled and is harder to get in for a facial than a small waxing service, but totally worth the wait. She is also excellent in speed waxing. Brazilian bikini waxing and brow shaping seems to be her specialties in addition to her facials. In the service industry, it is more of whom you get that makes the wait, worthwhile. My first visit to Le Spa was quite nice. However, my second visit was very average. The reception staff is often unavailable. It is difficult to make appointments. My first manicure/pedicure was great. The second one was very average. It depends who is working. Difficult to book a massage unless you book weeks in advance. They maybe short staffed.
