We have had several wonderful semesters here with Autumn as our teacher. My daughter had completely bonded with her, loved going there, and was becoming a strong swimmer. I CAN NOT believe that the owners just closed all of the sudden with NO NOTICE. We lost money sure -- but the worst part is my daughter. She is heart-broken. You shouldn't make these sudden changes with toddlers and young children. They don't understand. This is the most irresponsible behavior by owners I have ever witnessed. We started swim lessons here with our daughter when she was only 7 months old. She loved it. Especially the second set of lessons with Jonathan who sang songs with us and really enjoyed teaching the classes. Much to our surprise we arrived at the swim school yesterday and the doors were closed. The two swim teachers and the receptionist were outside waiting for parents to show up to tell them that the owner had not been conducting her business well for the past few months and had informed them with an email that morning that the school was closed. What an outrage! We only had 3 lessons left in our sequence so we're out about $40, plus a little bit of the annual $35 fee, but just the way this was done. I felt particularly bad for the teachers who were left in the cold. I thought it was very classy of them to wait outside for parents and inform them of the closure. If it wasn't for them we would have arrived only to find the doors closed with no other information. Pros: We had great lessons while they lasted Cons: Owner left us out in the cold more

If you want 100% hands on real USA standard instuction ""Le Petit dolphin swim school"" is the way to go. The teachers do not baby your children just as a school teacher would not! If we allowed our children to cry & deside they didn't want to do there work and make decissions to quit any new task then that's the parent being abusive and teaching children they can control every situation and win. LPDSS instuctors are educated serious and fun instructors who are able to treat each child to their individual needs. Plain facts proven is LPDSS has never had a accident or taught a child other than USA standards. If you are the type of parent that is affraid to see your child progress from youth to young adult which many times means a little tears with new experiences and being away from mom and dad especialy at a young age. Children learning a new task will cry from time to time and try to test the parents emotions and say no no no. The natural part of being a parent is excepting and allowing any teacher who is more educated than you to teach and decide how to assess and teach your child. News flash to parents of sports children.. Every child has a bad day or is hesitant when it comes to trying something new. Yet as a parent you are fully incharge of the character your child will posess... Spoiled & the one incontroll or a listener & able to achieve new tasks and respect adults. more
