Lots of reviews here, everyone is entitled to his/her opinion, but here's the real scoop from Big fat Dave the Gourmand:
Excellent VALUE. Value is the key here. If you want killer ** French food, go to France. But for Denver, this place is a very very good deal. The food is well prepared and presented (mussels are the specialty, along with brunch on Sunday) but all the dishes are tres bien. And the service is .....FRENCH. In other words, they give you time and don't hurry you through a meal, just like in Paris or the Provence. The pate appetizer was HUGE ($5.95) and was good. Ambience is nice, though a little crowded. Le Central is more French than I think some people are ready for. But bottom line, it is very good (great for Denver), an excellent value, and definitely worth the trip.
Pros: Value and cost, Good quality, well prepared
