Editorial review from Citysearch 11/7/2012

In 2008 I took my family to buy a brand new RV - it was our dream. From that day on everything that has to do with this purchase has been a nightmare. I bought a $200,000 RV that was suppose to be brand new but in reality it feels like I bought a used car from a used car dealership. A month after I bought the RV I was having some problems and I took it to North trail RV for repair, they immediately told me that the damage ( to the mirror) was caused by an accident that happened prior to me buying the RV. They refused to touch or repair anything that has to do with the damage. Ever since then I have been suffering with damages, problems and issues with the RV. I have paid out of pocket for warranty jobs, for lawyers, for appraisals. This has been the worst experience of my life and the worst part is that no one cares or is willing to life a finger to make a horrible situation any better. more

No place better 10/1/2012

This business should be proud of themselves. Our RV buying experience was fantastic. From the minute we arrived, throughout the entire process, even after we left. Every single person we dealt with from the salesman, our advisor, maintenance, was respectful, friendly, & went above & beyond. Our first rv buying experience from another business was horrible, so we kept waiting for the problems to start with these people. Never happened. We are thrilled with Lazydays and would give them 10 stars if we could. We've already recommended them to people & will continue every chance we get. Steve-give yourself and the entire Lazydays staff a pat on the back & 3 cheers! You all are phenominal! more

Lazy Days did mot make me happy I purchased 3/27/2012

I traded in a much loved motor home on a brand new one. Within days it began to cause me trouble. I finally realized that I had actually purchased a leaky lemon. Lazy Days just kept refixing, over and over. My spouse is 100% disabled vet and we have to just pay for this thing and suck it up. Recently we tried unsuccessfully to trade it in again, on something else at Lazy Days. We were treated rudely, insulted and wonder how many others have to suffer before Lazy Days does the right thing. We were told we had to fork over another $35,000 to buy, at least. Pros: null Cons: null more

Absolutely Fantastic Experience!!! 4/19/2010

We recently purchased a used Motor Coach from Lazy Days. From the time we walked in the door, until the minute we left the facility, we never experienced a negative thing!\r Every sales person was absolutely fantastic, and openly talked with us without a 'hidden agenda' or being pushy. The service department (Crown Club) was incredibly quick, efficient and did not charge us overboard for things we wanted done.\r Lazy Days will be out dealer for life. When we buy our next coach, we will once again camp there and shop for several days until we pick out the coach we want. \r Ernie Herring is a phenomenal technical expert and friend, now. He is incredibly fantastic to work with! Andy Glogower in the finance department is an expert in his field, and understands the financial issues of purchasing and owning a motor coach from beginning to end. \r Thanks Lazy Days for all your incredible help and a great experience!!!!! more

Horrible service 2/15/2010

While their sales group is top notch, their service dept. is horrible. I brought my 1 yr. old class A motor home there for service, I was shocked to find out they broke a lock on my storage compartment and called to let them know they said bring it back and they would take care of it. Days later I discovered they not only broke the lock and said nothing but they had bent the same bin on the bottom and said nothing about that either. I would not let them fix a hole in my screen door. they would only break something else and not tell you more

missed chances 2/14/2010

My Dad 6/28/2009

My 73 year old father in poor health traded in an RV for a supposedly better one. after making him wait around for 3 days, assuring him they checked everything out they send him on his way. 2 hours down the road, the whole back end went out. he tried to call Lazy Days for help, but was blown off. He broke down several times in the heat because of other engine issues, all alone, miles from family, A diabetic with many health problems alone stuck on the road, I am horrified they would treat my father so poorly and lie to him so deeply, He has still not made it to Indiana, we are all very worried for him. Buyers beware! more

Lazy Days #1-Ask for John 12/21/2007

After RVing for many years, Lazydays RV and salesman John Vallee, Sr. have made us "customers for life". John contacted us after inquiring about a preowned diesel pusher. John called us back shortly thereafter with one that had just came in that was in showroom condition. He sent us pictures, a video, a cd about Lazydays while never high pressuring us at all. We decided it was worth it to fly 1500 miles to purchase this beautiful coach. The dealerships concierge saved us money on lodging, a rental car and other items. John met us in the morning and showed us the coach, it was even better than he had sold us on (John said they are not allowed to oversell and have people disappointed). There were alot of pleasant surprises and John, Mary and I decided to take it for a test drive. We decided to have lunch, then to purchase it afterwards. We really enjoyed our day in the sun and have found our dealer for life. more

Superior Customer Accomodations 9/30/2005

I have never seen a business go to so many lengths to accomodate their customers, I feel like a queen when I'm there. This is definately a world class facility. The staff is welcoming, helpful, and very accomodating. more

This is a fantastic place to shop or browse! 6/25/2005

If you are in this area or visiting this area and are interested in any type of rv this is the place to go. There is no need to go to an rv supershow this place is an rv supershow. The staff is great they are very helpful and willing to give you a tour of the rv's. Make sure if you go that you get help from a sales person even if you are just browsing. This place is acres upon acres of rv's and you will never be able to see what you need to on foot. PROS: Great service and fantastic selection of new and used rv's. CONS: You will not be able to cover this alone you will need a salesperson's help more
