If you read Lazy Days Mission Statement it states that they will make mistakes and do things to correct them. In my case the person who is responsible won't return phone calls.
I bought a used Winnebago from an unscrupulous used RV Dealer and within 2 days the windshield cracked. I took it to Lazy Days because the insurance company told me it was the only place that would deal with it. The headliner above the windshield had to be replaced and prep work done that took some time. The two window post coverings also had to be replaced and the glass shop supervisor, Richard Rainey assured me he was making new ones and would send them to me. They never arrived and two separate attempts to even get a return phone call haven't even been returned.
I do not understand how a business can operate this way. This is such a big operation and really sad that they would screw over a "little guy."
The first time I arrived there I had to go to a manager to address a rude parking lot attendant who was acting very rude. The Parts manager informed me he was writing up the employee.
