I had the absolute pleasure of (......) my driver on Thursday and Friday to/from the Philly train station to Pottstown. I've used many limo services over the years in several different states and countries; I just wanted to let you know that (he) was by far the best driver I have ever had. His friendly, kind and caring demeanor will be remembered and was truly appreciated. His professionalism did not go unnoticed and I wanted to let your company know that I'll most certainly be using your services again when I am in the area. more

I have used other car/limo services with mixed results, but Lazer is the best out there by far. They are always on time, even early. They seem to cater to the customer the way a company should. Each driver that I have had have been terriffic, well groomed, and very pleasant. I will continue to use Lazer for all my car needs. more

Lazer limo service was much better than some of the other companies I have tried. My flight was delayed by almost an hour and I had no chance to notify anyone. When I arrived, lazer was right there with a smile and a sign so I knew who I was looking for. The driver told me his name and took my cary-on. We had to wait for almost half an hour for my other bag but the driver never batted an eye. He was very friendly and well groomed. I only wish I knew about lazer three years ago when I started to travel on a regular basis. Go lazer. more

The poor reviews below were written prior to the company CHANGING MANAGEMENT. I assure you this company does everything in its power to accommodate its patrons' needs. It's a small company with the personalized service you'd expect. There are package deals available. Corporate pricing available. Every driver is held to a high standard of service. Last minute trips taken. Special requests, not a problem. I've used this service for years and never had a single complaint! I've asked Lazer about the poor reviews and I'm actually outraged to learn that unless they change the name of the company there's nothing they can do to remove them. So, please rest assured I've recommended this company to many colleagues and have always been very pleased. more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!Friendly service, the receptionist was polite and explained what was provided. Received a complimentary gift and was offered soft drinks (coke, sprite and water) just for a normal ride to the airport. The driver was professional and courteous. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Lazer Limo and will NEVER recommend them...it is now obvious why they are not a member of the Better Bureau. Drivers were late to pick up groomsmen and were unsure of what they were to do...only knew where to they were to go. We were later told they assumed we would pay for them to sit in the parking lot for 1+ hours...HELLO?! Drivers were un-friendly and were outright rude in front of guests. Manager added additional charges to credit card (which was not authorized) for services not received. As other review mentioned, he goes by what his drivers say...no matter what they say (lies about us as well!). Business with this company is highly NOT recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: can't think of any.... Cons: rude drivers, billed without authorization for services they ""claim"" they provided, late to pick-up, drivers didn't know what they were to do... more

i booked the limo service two weeks in advance. I was disappointed about the ride itself. it was rough. I didn't have a sun roof or tv. the tv inside the limo did not show a picture. Half a screen showed and it was fizzy. Not something I'd expect from a Limo ride that requires 75 or more hourly to rent. The drivers are nice but my driver lied to the office about my ride which caused the owner to contact me the next day. I was accused of lying and not doing as the driver requested which was not to smoke. Supposably this driver told the owner i was told to not smoke but ignored his wishes and smoked anyway. I had my dog in the car for a few minutes and the owner had a fit. the driver must have forgotten that part. But basically he lied, when in fact what he said when he saw me with a cigarette was and I quote ""what i don't see, I won't know"" and shut the door behind him which seperated the back from the front of the car. Matter of fact the office didnt go over any rules with me when i booked the limo service and come to think of it, the driver never introduced himself. Pros: driver on time, lets customer do as they please, Cons: lies to office if customers good time meant smoking, allowing pets in car. not trustworthy more
