EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in Lazer Limo and will NEVER recommend them...it is now obvious why they are not a member of the Better Bureau. Drivers were late to pick up groomsmen and were unsure of what they were to do...only knew where to they were to go. We were later told they assumed we would pay for them to sit in the parking lot for 1+ hours...HELLO?! Drivers were un-friendly and were outright rude in front of guests. Manager added additional charges to credit card (which was not authorized) for services not received. As other review mentioned, he goes by what his drivers say...no matter what they say (lies about us as well!). Business with this company is highly NOT recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros: can't think of any....
Cons: rude drivers, billed without authorization for services they ""claim"" they provided, late to pick-up, drivers didn't know what they were to do...
