This place is a very good place to go to all the staff is very friendly and they will go out their way to assist you anyway possible...I have always heard great rhondda about this...

Excellent customer service! Rob is the best. I was looking for a Ram 2500. He listened to what I wanted and worked hard to make it happen. It was detailed, fueled up and serviced when promised. Financing was a breeze. I have dealt with service dept and they are very accommodating with my schedule.. I highly recommend these guys and will be returning when i am ready to trade again!! more

Excellent experience! I was a little skeptical with the finance numbers at first, but the Sales and Finance Team went out of their way to not only get me a great deal within my budget, but also paid off my trade even though it was appraised lower that what I still owed on the vehicle. Salesmen Curt Harrison & Eric Burris were very friendly, easy-going and really try to make sure you get what you want on your deal. Rob Mallous was very honest and up front about the value of my trade-in and still went out of his way to help me get the most for my vehicle. Aaron Haughey did a great job getting the financing I needed while still providing additional warranties and coverages for my new purchase within my budget. I highly recommend this dealership! They go out of their way to help customers, especially Military service members and their families. more

Service experience was fantastic. I had been eyeballing the new Charger and Challenger but did not know which would be a perfect fit. Jarod in sales gave me the opportunity to test drive V6 and V8 hemi models both new and used. Gave me a great sense of which would suit me better (V6 Charger). Best part is, he let me take them all on short test drives ALONE. I did not anticipate pulling the trigger right away, but I did. I came back the next day, bought a 14 Charger and got a great deal on the purchase price and fair value for my old pick-up. Met the owner. Its obvious he wants to establish a rapport w his customers , he was supportive and appreciated my service in the Army. The staff was great. Overall, I felt like I got a great car for the best price possible and the fact that they will change the oil for free (military) is a bonus. Would recommend to family and friends. more

Staff was very helpful. This is the second vehicle we have bought from this dealer in the last year. Got a dodge Ram pickup under book value. Blue tooth phove capability was not in the vehicle, and rhe salesman threw in in half price. Also use the repair shop which has been very good. more

The salesman Big Mike from the travel sales was really good I liked him. He got in a 2013 Dodge Caravan. This is our second vehicle here, the first was a 2011 Ford Escape. friendly staff and I received a free oil change for being patient. more

I really don't know if its possible for there to be a better dealership out there. The people at Lawton Chrysler Jeep Dodge are by far the best people I have met in a dealership. They are experts in what they do and really work hard for you. Just when you think it cant be done, they come through for you and make it happen. Mr. Altstatt has the best staff I've seen. I guarantee if you shop here you will be taken care of and treated like family. more

I've purchased many cars in my lifetime but this was BY FAR the best experience EVER! Everyone I encountered was professional and friendly. They listened to what I wanted and there was no pressure to purchase or look at anything I wasn't interested in. I did purchase after they located a vehicle that met my criteria and had it brought to Lawton. That was a great experience - everythjing was explained thoroughly and slowly so I could absorb it and ask any questions. Mike Heggen is knowledgeable, friendly and a great salesman. And yes, I did get to do business with the owner, Bill Altstatt, just like he says on the commercials. Great experience overall and I will be a repeat buyer. more
