Prime Rib Chili is topped with cheddar cheese and green onions. Yes, I said prime rib chili! The prime rib was so tender unlike any stew meat or chopped beef you'll ever have inside a chili. The chili was just the right consistency not too thin and not too thick. The beans were cooked perfectly without being mushy. The flavor was robust but not too spicy. Thumbs up!\r

Prime Rib Carver Salad is warm carved prime rib atop mixed greens, egg, tomatoes, red bell peppers, green onions, horseradish dressing, and crispy onions. This salad is to die for! The prime rib is cooked to your liking. I like it rare and it was so tender, no steak knife necessary. The greens were vibrant and crisp. The dressing was awesome! If you're a fan of Lawry's famous horseradish, you'll love the dressing. They just know how to make horseradish taste perfect. The eggs and crispy onions were a nice touch with different flavors and textures to keep your taste buds happy. Thumbs up, way up!\r

Roast Prime Rib Platter Meal comes with au jus and creamy horseradish and includes your choice of one Signature Side and Carvery Coleslaw. Signature Sides include Lawry's creamed corn, steamed, buttered broccoli, cool asparagus, baked macaroni and cheese, or horseradish mashed potatoes. We're big fans of Lawry's Creamed Spinach so we decided to try their creamed corn. The prime rib was cooked to a perfect medium rare - tender and juicy just like in the restaurant. The au jus was thick and packed full of roasted goodness. The cream corn was sweet and the kernels were still juicy and popped like caviar in your mouth. The coleslaw was crisp and perfectly balanced and seasoned. It's amazing how consistent their prime rib is from each of the locations and even over the past 15 years dining at Lawry's Restaurants.
