Sam the owner is dishonest,and stole $162.98 check I sent and he NEVER rendered any services. He said he would send the ck. back when I realized he was charging me for warranty price instead of termite inspection price. Instead he CASHED the ck! He lied AND stole my money. He was called to return the ck. and he said its just $162. do not have a heart attack. Do not use him. more

Your service performed at our residence was great! The two service men did their work, then discussed and explained what they were doing. They were extremely careful when they had to move furniture, drapes, etc. They also said that if there were any problems, or if we felt that they had missed anything, to call the office and they would promptly return. Again thanks for a good job! more

Great Service! 2/28/2011

The treatment work was scheduled for today and another worker named Chris showed up to do the job. He was also very friendly and knowledgeable and went to work quickly finishing the whole thing in under two hours. When he was done, he called me out to the garage to point out another site that Carlos had apparently missed. I told Chris that was surely because during the inspection that corner of the garage was stuffed with boxes and stored items that made it impossible to see. Chris said he would call Carlos and ask him to advice on what to do. more

His name is Dave, and we initially met him when he came out to our townhouse complex Fremont, Ca.I am one of the board members of the townhouse complex, and I was impressed by Dave's punctuality, professional appearance, and work ethic. He showed up on time, answered all of my questions and provided me with additional information related to our termite problem, and he worked diligently throughout our complex as he proceeded with the complex inspection. more

In these tough times I was looking for ways to cut down on spending and I thought of cutting the pest control. I could probably get by for a few months and no great loss. The reason that I didn't do it is tech. The guy is an extraordinary employee doing a fine job for me. As long as he stays, I stay. Thank you for your time. more

I was just standing out in my front yard admiring how nice the lawn looks after about three weeks of your lawn treatment. Rob mentioned that I might be interested in the lawn fertilization and the rose pest treatment. I said to give it a try. Needless to say, I am impressed. more

I just want to let you know that our serviceman is great. He is very polite and professional. I had an appt with him for a black widow problem and he was on time got the job done, and very quick. With increasing rates, I thought about looking into other companies, but will stay with this one.I absolutely am in fear of bugs and spiders and he has kept our house clear of them.Thanks. more

In the past years I Have called literally saying “I need you” and within hours of my service call, a technician was at my residents resolving my pest problem. I also want to complement the service technicians, Derrick and Paul, for their professionalism of customer service. No problem was to small (a colony of red ants, in the garden and my home) or too big (wasp in the rafters) all problems were resolve in a timely manner. more
