Good: The order in which I went from my free consultation, to signing with the law firm to processing all my information, to meeting at the 341 meeting then shaking my lawyers hand and being debt free chapter 7 bankruptcy.. Bad: The misconception I had about filing for bankruptcy.. Improvements: I think people need to be educated to understand why bankruptcy exists and that its for people who need a second chance in life.. Other: I thought the staff at the Durham office was great. I felt very comfortable and the interviewer was very good about making me feel comfortable..
