Great lawyer and best results 12/29/2011

I would like to express my gratitude for Jamie B. Naini's professional work. As a pastor, the law requires me to have legal status in this country. When I came to the United States, I applied for asylum. While the application was pending, I was receiving work permits from immigration. About three years ago, I tried to renew my work permit, but it was denied. Mr. Naini put together a very good case for me and helped me obtain the work permit again. He is currently assisting me in obtaining a lawful permanent resident card. I am very grateful for the professional hard work he has done and continues to do for me. more

Review for Jamie B Naini Law firm 12/25/2011

Do not waste your money with this firm when you frist deal with them they will be nice upfront . Then they will allow your case to be thrown aside. The workers there will give you the run around about your case and lie to you about processing time and tell you that they are working on it. They do not keep you up to date about whats going on with your case. When you send in information they will ask you for the same information over and over because they will let deadlines run over. I would not even recomend them to my worst enemy. more

Thank you for Jamie's work and my green card 12/17/2011

I am very happy that after 17 years in America I have my permanent residency. Jamie is a very good lawyer and did a fantastic job for me and my family. He prepared all of my documents and then prepared me for my court. He spent about 3 or 4 hours to go over all of my documents and get me ready for court. I wish to thank him and his team for making our dream come true. I can stay with my children now. more

Great work. Very pleased. 12/16/2011

We were very pleased with the timely and effective manner in which Jamie worked on behalf of one of our nuns who was improperly placed in a detention center due to a mistake. Jamie flew to El Paso, Texas to represent her in court and secure her release. Now, two years later, she has her permanent residency. Jamie has proven an honest and aggressive advocate for his client. more

Jamie is a great attorney and gets results 10/19/2011

Jamie helped me with obtaining my R-1 visa and then to obtain my lawful permanent residence (green card), despite a lot of problems with immigration. He was always prompt and honest and always available to help me. He has also helped our church by coming to answer questions of our members. more

The only reason that my wife was able to get a waiver and come back to America was because of Jamie and his team. He was recommended to me because he has brought so many people back to America with a waiver. He was very honest from the begining and tell us that my wife had to go back to Mexico to get a waiver and come back. I have been married for over six years and have three children. So it was very important for me to bring my wife back. Other lawyers told us that there was nothing we could do. But Jamie helped us through the process and bring my wife back. I heard from Jamie B. Naini from my cousin because he got his green card with them. Jamie B. Naini is one of the best lawyers in this country. I heard about him from someone in Ohio more than 6 years ago. Then he was recommended to me by many other friends. Jamie B. Naini is always ready to fight for his clients. We were in immigration court so many times, until he finally got me my green card. Jamie B. Naini was never afraid and always encouraged me not to give up and to stay positive. He did everything for me and got me my work permit while my case was in court. I recommend him to everyone and may god bless him. He is a great man. more

Fantastic lawyer and great law firm 10/18/2011

This is a great lawyer with great work ethic, and pays tremendous attention to detail, despite being busy. He took care of me and my family in court for a period of over one and a half years, until we obtained our permanent residency. He came to visit me at the jail in Bartlett late at night to comfort me and speak to me. He also went to visit my family to tell them how I was and put them out of their worry. He is available every day of the week. He did not ask me for one cent more than what we had said on the contract, unlike other lawyers that we had hired in the past. He was recommended to me by many other friends and family members who has used his services in the past, and we are so glad that we chose him. Like all honest people, he is dry and forthright and tells the truth. I would recommend him to every person who may need help with immigration issues. more

lying attorney 7/20/2011

all i want to say is that all the bad coments about this attorney are true. he put my cousins husband in front of court and at the end when he lost all he told them was to appeal but low chances almost zero just to buy time, when he had said their case was excelent. he takes people's money like it's nothing. he lies to them and ends up separating families without caring. i have heard now so many bad stories about this guy that it's crazy. I have heard that he is rude to his clients that pay him so much money. my cousin said he has such bad temper it crazy how he screams to people. and yes, when you are explaining your case to him he sits there playing with his phone and picking his nails. i would not recomend this animal to no one. more

Misleading Attorney beware!! 4/27/2011

Firstly, I had a simple document to be notarized. I thought it shouldn't be a problem since this attorney looked at it before and approved he will do it. However, when it was time for action, proof read the document again and said he will not sign on it. To make matters worse he charged me my hard earned money and then turns around and disrespects me and my peer who was accompanying me for asking why he would refuse once agreeing to do so. I'm totally dissatisfied with this attorney and his so called business he runs and moreover feel I was duped and walked on for no apparent reason. Caution yourself before seeking professional help form this individual. more

After a consultation i paid and walked out, i was a bit disapointed that I couldn't get done what we went there for. However this guy came out to our car as i was leaving and started cursing at me the attorney... He even kicked my car more

Before we found the Jamie Naini law firm, my wife and I wasted thousands of dollars and got nowhere. Jamie was able to help us fix everything for a fair price. What we liked most about Jamie is that he always told us the truth, and that is why we refer anyone with immigration problems to his office. more

DON'T GO THERE!! 3/14/2010

The reason why I went to the Immigration Law Offices of Naini Jamie is because they offered a nice price for the visit: $75 for 20min. I had a short question concerning a green card process and thought that $75 was a fair price (other lawyers ask ~$120 per 30min). First of all, the lawyer spent half of the time staring at his cell phone and messaging someone while I was describing my question. Secondly, the rest of the time he spent being a showoff by rudely explaining things that I told him I already knew and by treating me like I was a stupid foreigner although I am probably more educated than he is. During this 20 min, the lawyer got me even more confused, mistreated me, and behaved very impolitely. Money well spent! Pros: n/a Cons: mistreat clients, rude, showoffs more
