Not guilty on DUI 10/22/2011

The breath machine did not work right and the cops had not been maintaining the calibration. Mr. Martin took my case to trial and got a not guilty. Actually he did that for me twice, six months before he got a not guilty for me in San Luis Obispo on a bogus resisting charge. Chris more

Excellent Lawyer 10/21/2011

Mr. Martin helped me with a drug case. The police did not have permission to search my vehicle. Mr. Martin wrote a motion and the whole case got dismissed. more
