There was a change in nursing staff for first 2 months which left me a little unsure. Primarily because I didn't feel at ease with the previous nurses. But Lisa and Helen (new nurse) are fabulous! Also, Lisa, the ultrasound tech and Michelle, the blood tech are equally as wonderful. And of course, Yaddi and Jackie answering the phones and greeting you when you first arrive are very nice and friendly. And Dr. Jacobs is very open and friendly - I valued his candidness and easy approach, even bringing humor which helped. more

Dr. Jacobs made our dream of becoming parents a reality. I cannot praise him enough. After meeting other doctors and feeling as if we were not a priority, upon other recommendations we set up an appointment with Dr. Jacobs. It was about a 2 hour drive from our house. We were just going with the intentions of meeting him but ended up scheduling future appointments to begin our IVF process. Dr. Jacobs and staff were so professional and helpful. I felt like Dr. Jacobs really cared about us. Our daughter is almost 3 and all I can say is thank you from the bottom of our hearts! Pros: null Cons: null more
