I am a local business owner and use my office equipment to the maximum. My clients require excellence. I have had printers and copiers worked on by this group and have been less than pleased most of the time. Let's step back a few years, there used to be a couple companies in town that created competition but that has all gone away now. Laser Xperts is the only game in town and how sad that is for Tucsonans. They employ a guy who worked for another business machines company that went out of business. He was bad at the other office and he is still bad at this office. I will credit them with free pickup and delivery services and having parts available that might otherwise be hard to find, but boy are they expensive because of it. On the other side now, they say that ""their"" products are top grade, identical to OEM, but that is just not the case. Virtually every toner that I have used labeled ""Laser Xperts"" has failed to perform well. They are disrespectful to their clientele, not a way to keep business, but oh yeah they're the only game in town so they can act like they want to, especially that lady who answers the phones! She needs to work on her phone etiquette. They almost always seem to have to repair printers at least twice from my experience. My copier had not been cleaned ever but it was not really giving me any grief other than sometimes grabbing two sheets of paper instead of one from the top feeder tray. Laser Xperts assured me it should be maintenanced. Well, I sent the copier in for cleaning and it came back with lines on the copies now and the top feeder still grabs two sheets of paper periodically. It is unfortunate that this company does not seem to have an adequate work ethic or high enough standards to meet my business needs. I will no longer use their services.
Pros: Free pickup and delivery, hard to find parts available.
Cons: Unfortunate tone of voice on the phone, high prices, poor quality service, requires multiple visits.
