I came in for help with a hormonal acne breakout that I could not get to resolve. All the staff were caring, comforting, collaborative and thoughtful. They listened carefully to my skin issues and I felt really understood and in capable hands. I received facial and I can see improvement. I am really excited to progress with the treatment plan they have for me. In terms of integrity, warmth, and genuine concern from the staff I don't think I can do better...add to that the fact that they offer very current laser and light therapies...this place is a real find.\r more

I've been coming here for about a year for upper lip hair removal. The staff here is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable. No problem with getting an appointment and I don't think I've ever had to wait. The facility is kept very clean. I highly recommend them. more

I went to quite a few laser places before I decided to go to Laser Gentle, and I have to say I couldn't be happier. The staff was very friendly and unlike everywhere else they seemed more concerned with my needs rather than making a sale off of me. I've had 3 laser treatments on my underarms so far and have seen a huge improvement already! The only bad part is now I'm addicted :-) more

I am giving this place a one star because I actually did enjoy my hydra facial. However, their sales rep is very very pushy and the i lipo gives no results. What was more frustrating was that they measured my arms super tight for the first measurement and then they loosely measure it to read the results. My first trip she told me I lost 1/2 an inch and I called her out on it and asked her to measure they way she originally had....shocking almost no result! I would be careful on some of the positive reviews for you never know if it's the owners writing in! for $299 a session, go to the gym! Even the living social deal is not worth it when they can't fit you in for appts and they will use the first half hour of your appt. to try to sell you more which you pay up front for! Every appt. I also waited at least 45 minutes to be seen. more

I made an appointment some six weeks in advance for a photo facial. During the appointment call I was not asked questions about my skin color or any others. I am a Latina. Two days ago I arrived promptly at my appointment, was received by a receptionist that never said a word and another woman wearing her white robe(don't recall her introducing herself by name but they seemed to be the only two working at 5:30pm on 3/21/11). The white robe woman rolled her eyes when I identified myself and asked me to wait in the separate waiting room. Soon this woman came to inform me that because I was not white skin she was not going to risk her license by performing this service on me which she repeated three times shortly after during our brief conversation. I asked why I was not asked about my skin color over the phone or during the weeks before my treatment or cancelled my appointment before I made the trip, she responded that she had nothing to do with it. Again I was told it was about her license(seems like the only thing that matters!) and that she was not risking it and that she could do a test and see if she would commit to call me back for a future appointment. She reluctantly told me that I had two choices: do a test or get my refund from Living Social. To my surprise, no other treatment was offered in spite of the fact that I asked twice about my choices. I noticed a tremendous level of discomfort with my visit which should not happen to any other person of diversity. This information could have been positioned in other way, maybe technically, but obviously this person's level of diversity awareness needs some work. I called to speak to the owner or top manager of Laser Gentle over 24 hours ago, was promised a call back, no response. I had hope that I could address this matter with that person and move forward. Laser Gentle, please understand that the US is a rainbow and your business will come from all the colors of the rainbow, not understanding this will be fatal to your business. more
