Best laser clinic around 3/15/2011

I started having laser done about two years ago at another spa. I had 8 treatments and barely noticed a reduction on the hair on my chest. Then I started at Laser Gentle and even after the first treatment I could see a significant difference. I would highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for quick results at a good price. more

Great Experience! 3/11/2011

I went to quite a few laser places before I decided to go to Laser Gentle, and I have to say I couldn't be happier. The staff was very friendly and unlike everywhere else they seemed more concerned with my needs rather than making a sale off of me. I've had 3 laser treatments on my underarms so far and have seen a huge improvement already! The only bad part is now I'm addicted :-) more

Excellent Service, Superior Products 10/2/2010

I had been pleasantly surprised to find a med spa in nearby Acton, but believed my budgetary constraints would prevent treatment. I'm happy to relate that by participating in Laser Gentle Medical Spa's Groupon, I was able to affordably enjoy the service. The location is busy, but highly professional, the interior is well appointed and wonderfully decorated, and the staff catered to my needs and answered all my questions in a friendly fashion and instantly made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Highest marks to this family owned-and-operated clinic! more

Poor Service & Rude Receptionist 9/21/2010

Not the most honorable of businesses. I pre-paid $600 for 3 visits of Laser Hair Removal for my back. I left 3 messages for a call back but nobody called back My wife called again and finally Rose answered the phone. She was very rude, told me to 'hurry up and choose another date'. As their customer service is unacceptable, I can imagine how well they treat their patients once treatments started. I will not prepay for treatments any longer but will now pay as I go when I find a reputable place. more
