Despite the negative revews, I had a really good expierence with Laser Cosmetica. I went in for Laser Hair removal on my legs and arms. I purchased a package of six sessions with my online promotion coupon. My ending results looked amazing. I have no complaints. I am now looking forward to having cellulite removal on my thighs. more

THE WORST SCAM EVER! Melissa Felices was the representative at the time that I was scammed. I had won a contest online with Laser Cosmetica and she sold me two packages that I couldn't afford but she made me believe I would only have to pay $30 a month. When the bills started rolling in, I had to pay $80 and found out this unfortunate truth through MedChoice Financial. I have been fighting with this company for the past year and a half. I gave in and decided to suck it up and just get the treatments but not even THAT is working out. Completely irresponsible staff. Never answer phones. I even showed up to an appointment once and the doors were locked on me. THAT'S NOT ALL. Two months ago, a rain storm caused all of the ""machines to break"". A month rolled by and I didn't get a single phone call from the new receptionist as to whether treatments could continue again. I called the headquarters in New York and the (rude as usual) woman told me that the machines were back up and running and I should be receiving a call from them soon. I asked if they could at least make up the time lost with complimentary treatments and she said NO. I then called the Miami Beach location and NO answer. I left a voicemail and NO response. I complained about all of this to the Better Business Beureau and they were rude enough to say ""nobody forced you to sign the contract"". They didn't even give a rebuttal towards my disputes. I don't know what to do anymore and am fighting this til the end. Oh, and apparently they ""moved"" to another location and failed to tell me and probably the rest of their clients. Pathetic. more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! They steal your money!! All the positive reviews are written by employees! Check them out on the Better Business Bureau website and you'll see that they're a HORRIBLE company!!!!! more

I am a very hairy man. I have always been embarrassed to take off my shirt at the beach or pool because I had so much hair on my back. Living in Miami makes it even more difficult for me. i just had a baby, i have extra skin, i figured that it would be gone when i exercise, but not the fact. so sad, but my friend told my i should try laser cosmetica, so i did, the clinical director explained to my the procedures and how skin tightening works . blow away to see my results, never looked better, and i plan on having more kids.lol.. more

i have to say i love miami, but what i cant stop telling my friends about is laser cosmetica, yes, i kno weird, but i have to say there stuff is brilliant. i went in for a chemical peel i do admit its does sting, but not to much. i had a lot of sun damage on my face, and now you wouldnt believe i had any damage to my face. Definitely worth my time, and money more

ALL services over priced, different prices for each client...LOL! DON'T trust them! Customer service is super bad, no hello, nothing! Stephanie Peterson-clinic director books a visit for you, BUT SHE NEVER shows up. I set at the reception and had to leave after 30 min because she never showed up. I wasted my morning for nothing! I'm sure they will be gone from that location with in next 6 month. Typical SOUTH BEACH SCAM! more
