Frustration at Los Colinas Medical Group 1/17/2009

Staff is nice , however they continually drop the ball with prescription refills. My pharmacy sent in a refill request 3 days ago and I went to the pharmacy this morning and they said the doctors office still hasnt replied. This is very frustrating and a waste of time. Whoever handles prescription refills needs to get fired and replaced with someone who actually gives a damn about their customers.
