INEXPERIANCED TOWING SERVICE 5/31/2012

drive showed up today to tow my car and was inexperianced on towing didnt know how to get the car out of park when it was stuck in park i had to show him how to do this procedure, drove the car onto the truck instead of winching it on wich can cause damage to the park pin, only used one chain on the drivers side front and one on the rear should be two on the front and two on the rear of the car, plus no safety chains on it incase a chain fell off. WOULD NOT RECOMEND THESE INEXPERIANCED/LAZY TOW OPERATERS more

The best of a bad situation 11/17/2005

No one likes to use a towing service, but when the need arises, you want a service that shows up on time and handles your vehicle with care. The office staff was friendly and happy to answer questions. We will definitely use them again if the need arises, although I'll be happy if that never happens. more
