I took a large amount of non circulated, first issue - still in sealed packs from the Mint. Larry said they were strictly worth gold weight prices and was very arrogant in telling...

Pays the most in Atlanta! I recently went to Larry to sell my great grandfathers coin collection and I was more than pleased. Out of the 3 local offers I got Larry was by far the highest! He was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell coins! more

Better than ALLLL the rest! 4/25/2012

I had heard the name Larry Jackson Numismatics here and there at most coin shows but never really had the opportunity to meet Larry Jackson myself. I first learned about them from an older gentleman that I met at a coin show several months ago. After the man shared the experience he had with LJN Coins with me, I wanted to check it out for myself. When I finally made it to their shop, in the Kroger shopping center, I was equally pleased (if not more so than he was!) \r \r They are family run and the gentleman that was on site, I am assuming the owner, Larry, was extremely polite and even knew the guy that referred me to him, lol. Small world, but I guess everyone knows everyone in the coin industry. I am so glad I found an honest, REPUTABLE, hard working company that will go the extra mile to make sure I have what I need before I leave their store. I definitely give them 2 THUMBS UP! more

I had heard the name Larry Jackson Numismatics here and there at most coin shows but never really had the opportunity to meet him myself. I first learned about Larry Jackson from an older gentleman that I met at a coin show several months ago. After the man shared the experience he had with LJN Coins with me, I wanted to check it out for myself and I was equally pleased (if not more so than he was!) They are family run and the older gentleman that was on site, I am assuming the owner, was extremely polite and even knew the guy that referred me to him, lol. Larry Jackson was very rude and condescending 4/25/2011

I just went to Larry Jackson Numismatics yesterday and had an awful experience. He was very rude and made me feel like an idiot. He looked down his nose at my 18th century coin and offered me half of what I just received from another reputable coin dealer. I would NEVER recommend going there! more

Silver is the highest it has been in such a long time and as I was happy to make the money, I was surprised at how much I walked away from after taking in my miscellaneous gold and silver coins. I am a happy customer for sure! more

Competitive Pricing & Very Smart Staff! 2/24/2011

After taking the time to research all the coin dealers in Atlanta, I came to the conclusion that Larry Jackson was the most competitive and would give me the best deal. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by a nice young gentleman who was extremely helpful. There was another man there (introduced himself as Larry, assuming he is the owner) who was happy to take the time to answer my questions in such great depth. I left feeling like I know all there is to know about gold and silver coins! I have a ways to go in learning all there is to know about coins, but these guys helped me off to a wonderful start! I know where to always go to have my coin needs taken care of. Larry told me to call any time I had a question but didn't have time to stop by the store. Great staff!!! more

Friendly staff who know what they are doing! 9/23/2010

A couple of weeks ago, I walked into LJN and I was happy to find the store well lit with a friendly atmosphere. I was treated with the utmost respect, as far as myself and my property goes, which is what I look for in being a happy customer. Overall, they seemed extremely knowledgeable about coins. I felt very comfortable doing business with (them which is very important to me.) more

I went into the store with some coins that i had no idea of the value, the rep behind the counter went threw each coin with me and told me their value and how much he would pay for it. I walked out with over $300 for what i assumed was $50 worth of coins! Love it and highly recommend them! more

Fantastic coin dealer 9/15/2010

Larry Jackson is my coin shop forever. Not only did I receive great service, but I had specialized one on one service form Mr. Jackson himself. I called ahead to ask about an appraisal and he gave me a time to meet him and when I arrived at 3p that next day, there were two employees working and the other employee handled everything else in the store while I got the service that I was promised. I also got a heck of a deal on the collection that I ended up selling. I will be back, for sure! more

I have been dealing with Mr. Jackson off and on for 15 years. I looked him up with the united states mint before I started dealing with him and he has been very fair and pleasant to deal with. I have been there before as people bring in the coins and Mr. Jackson has always been nice. I think the few poor comments are related to people coming expecting allot more then items are worth and get an attitude. over all a very good experience and have referred him to many friends. with never a complaint. that?s hard to say these days. more

This place was very clean and on point. I felt like I was treated fairly, and not taken advantage of. The folks working were fast to help me and very honest. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good honest deal. Their are not many business's out their that leave you feeling like you made the correct decision, but this one will. Best Coin Dealer in town (Expert in his field for sure!) 8/16/2010

I am extremely pleased with the level of experience Mr. Jackson carries. I received an offer higher than I asked both times I have dealt with him. He is generous beyond my expectations - what more can a customer ask!!! Right? Larry Jackson even met with me on short notice when I called as I was driving to his store. He wasn't able to meet with me for long due to a number of other reservations that were made before me, but he was more than willing to accommodate me by offering to meet me any day the remainder of that same week. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family for sure! more
