He fixed everything efficiently and was very knowledgeable. He went out of his way to explain everything he was doing, including how to avoid these plumbing problems in the future. He also checked to make sure my water softener was working (it was). Not knowing much about softeners, he could easily have sold me a softener I don't need (but he didn't). more

Honesty is the difference between the places that are just looking for a one time hit and companies like Larkin, that are looking to build long term relationships with their clients. I definitely will be calling Larkin and asking for Eli for any future repairs. more

I've been with them for over 30 years! Casey from Larkin Plumbing is the guy who comes out to my house. I love him, he is so nice and does a wonderful job! I know when he comes out, he will get it right the first time. I've never needed to call them out to ""fix"" anything. Also, am confident I'm not being ripped off by them. I have been using them for over 30 years, and my mother used them for many years before that. We've known them all for years now, Mark, Greg and the entire family, the whole crowd is wonderful! I would never even consider calling another company. more
