I could not get the dripping to stop under my kitchen sink. Had new countertops installed a year ago or so, and the new plumbing I put in never did line up right. No combination of traps or fittings I bought at Loew's solved my problem. We kept a permanent bucket down there. I finally threw in the towel and called Larkin. They sent out the best plumber I've ever had do work for me. His name was Tom. He was there within the hour, and in about 30 minutes he had the whole area replumbed. He was fast, knowledgable and he wasn't condescending. I'm a totally satisfied customer more

Over the years We have used Larkin Plumbing several times and have always been satisfied. This last time was the best yet. Rick Deleon new what he was doing but all so did his job with a sense of humor. more

Casey from Larkin Plumbing is the guy who comes out to my house. I love him, he is so nice and does a wonderful job! I know when he comes out, he will get it right the first time. I've never needed to call them out to "fix" anything. Also, am confident I'm not being ripped off by them. I have been using them for over 30 years, and my mother used them for many years before that. We've known them all for years now, Mark, Greg and the entire family, the whole crowd is wonderful! I would never even consider calling another company. more

Larkin Plumbing came out when they were scheduled. The man was on time, very friendly and clean. He put covers on his shoes so he didn't track dirt all around. He got the job done quickly, and told me what he was doing as he worked. I was just very happy with the experience and will use Larkin again. more

Professional and nice, but lacking some analytical skills 12/13/2011

When cable ran through cleanout to main did not remove blockage, my wife and I took apart the piping under the sink and determined that the blockage was from the wall behind the sink to the vent stack. He ran the cable through that line and the blockage was cleared. The worker did not seem to be able to analyze the problem. He was professional and nice and recommended using an enzymatic product in the drains. Our overall the experience was average, but could have been above average if he would have shown some better analytical skills. RESPONSE FROM Larkin Plumbing: Our goal is to provide a great experience each time we enter a customer's home. Occassionaly we don't achieve our goal. We'll use your review to train our employees what customers are looking for and how we can achieve it. Thank You more
