HORRIBLE! After leaving Lanza's 10 minutes ago, walking pass Safeway to our condo, this was our experience at Lanza's. Upon arrival the menu looked great and we were looking forward to the combo pizza and penne pasta. After one slice of my Lanza Combo Pizza, I found a gigantic black hair. I told the waitress, Christophy, who swiftly removed the rest of my pizza, saying I will take care of this. We waited patiently for 25 minutes only to be served our bill. Christophy didn't ask to replace the pizza or if I wanted something else since I was after all there for dinner. After she dropped the bill off, she simply left. Then a man shows up and says I heard there is a problem. We explained there was a massive hair and he apologized saying that he was a busser boy!!!!!! At that point we were a little shocked that he was a busser and not the manager. On our way out, we asked the hostess for the manager. A man came from the restaurant bar, holding a drink. This was the manager - Josh. My wife had to move out of his way so he could sit his drink down. He knew who we were and what had happened, but offered no apology. His lack of care was astonishing to say the least! \r

Being blunt, if you want a dirty black hair, a disrespectful wait staff and management this is the place to go. The sad part is this place was recommended by the visitor center in Incline Village.
