WARNING !! Although Bradley responded quickly and was able to replace a capacitor on my a/c unit, they were VERY OVERPRICED. They charged me $95.00 for a part that cost them $11.00. This was in addition to a $75.00 service call. When I called to ask them to review the price I was told by the service manager "tough luck we are good enough to charge 'whatever we want to charge you' and 'it doesn't matter what we pay for the parts you are paying for our excellent reputation". WHAT???? BEWARE, there are a LOT of good companies out there with equally good reputations that DO NOT gouge their customers!!! I will never use Bradley again, after checking prices I will go with Aire Serve or McCarroll or Lee, all of which were shocked at what Bradley charged me for this repair. I have no problem paying for a reasonable reapir along with a service call, but this charge is dishonest - and abusive! jb757le
